We had a group of over 20 of us staying here so we rented the entire villa. It was fantastic for everyone to have their own apartments with kitchen but then to have the large communal spaces for us to gather. There is a wonderful cafe up the hill we visited every morning. The drive into Empoli is quick and easy to catch a train into Florence. Was a wonderful way to spend our 25th wedding anniversary! Would certainly go again! The only tiny drawback - the mattresses are extremely hard!

A wonderful place for real Tuscan holidays. Jaw-dropping views, away from the crowds but still close to major towns and cities if you want to do some sight-seeing (you do!). The apartments are clean, tastefully decorated in Tuscan style and air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a picturesque garden with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by olive groves. Heaven!

Podere Jana is the perfect place for a Tuscan holiday. The first time (2015) we got here typically from an advertisement. The high standard and the very clean swimming pool surprised us pleasantly. In 2021 we decided to repeat it. Still everything fantastic. Simple but well-equipped apartments, quiet, not too many people (and if they are, definitely not loud), still super clean: at home and at the pool. Nice crew, meeting guests' wishes immediately. Useful and comprehensive information on local attractions provided by property administrator Gianluca (great added value :)). Close to most of the wonderful places to visit: Florence, Siena, Lucca, Voterra, San Gimignano ... But also to our discovery" of this year - 15 minutes away
