Why? Why?- - - - -I rented a car from Napoli train station. And when I turn on the engine and air conditioning, the sounds are super loud. It keeps continuing for 2 days. I also tried to call train station but they are off. In addition, I called the emergency number but all in Italian. So I could not contact you.when I returned the car at 1 pm, but no one inside the office but also in the return point you mentioned in the contract. I’m super appreciated the staff in the Napoli station, he helped me a lot. Eventually, I returned the car at 3:30pm.My requests are that:Why you give me the car with bad quality?This is the link of video. So bad experience on your company. I tolerated for 2 days noise. I even thought that I’m quite hearing loss.I should say that this is the worst experience from you.

Very good service, managed to rent a car in line with expectations.

We ordered a car for 1 day and paid for it in advance by debit card. When we came to pick the car up, we were told we must pay another 35€ cause we didn’t pay by credit card, otherwise they’ll not lend us the car. We spent there 2 hours and ended up with total amount of 144€ and after paying we were told that we can ask online for returning 9€, that we overpaid for the insurance. Really terrible services and they just trick tourists who obviously take it at the end cause they don’t want to spend the whole day there.
