Ask them about a product and they will talk about how well made it is. Ask them what they will do if anything goes wrong, and they will tell you nothing. That is a red flag. That is because they sell cheap products and are not looking for repeat customers. Our suitcase broke within 24 hours. The wheels started to wear and others simply fell off. When we returned to the store before our flight home, people started to leave when they saw the condition of our suitcase. They offered no customer service and told us the suitcase was garbage and to buy a new one from them at a good price.
