Ottima colazione, camere buone con bagni da rinnovare. Buona posizione. Parcheggio comodo prezzo giusto. Personale alla ricezione gentile e professionale. Lo consiglio.

Quando sono a Napoli, scelgo sempre questa soluzione, per svariati motivi. L'hotel é comodo da raggiungere in auto, vicino alla Tangenziale, in cui è facile parcheggiare (anche se l'hotel é convenzionato con un vicino garage a pagamento). La struttura é storica ma ben tenuta, con camere classiche ma molto spaziose. Servizio e check-in di livello. Ottima colazione. Unica pecca, il gran rumore in camera, a causa della vicina strada molto trafficata.

L'hotel si trova su una strada molto trafficata e il pavimento trema ogni qualvolta un mezzo pesante la percorre, ma le numerose terrazze accessibil regalono viste su Napoli molto belle. La camera dove ho soggiornato era molto spaziosa, carina e comoda, ma purtroppo ciò non può compensare i peli trovati nel cassetto e il problema del caldo asfissiante che neanche il personle è riuscito a risolvere. Il cibo è stato deludente, i primi piatti erano dignitosamente buoni, mentre i secondi piatti (per entrambi i giorni in cui ho soggiornato) erano veramente immangiabili: insalata chiaramente preconfezionata e condita troppo e male (sale in quantità esagerata), salsiccia piena di grasso gommosi, friarelli troppo scotti, sembrava di mangiare acqua. La colazione invece è stata discreta, con anche opzioni salate. Il personale alla reception è stato molto carino e disponibile, mentre quello in sala poteva essere migliore. È stato troppo frettoloso nel portare via i piatti senza neanche chiedere il permesso o aspettare che le persone avessero finito. In conclusione, anche grazie alla bellezza dell'hotel, la permanenza è stata piacevole ma poteva essere decisamente migliore per un 4 stelle.

Siamo stati ospiti dell'hotel per una gita scolastica. Ottima accoglienza, colazione abbondante e cena di buona qualità. Servizio in camera buono, posizione un po' lontana dal centro per gli spostamenti a piedi.

Buona struttura situata in una posizione strategica.. A pochi metri dall albergo è possibile prendere il bus grazie al quale raggiungere il centro storico della città.. Parcheggio convenzionato comodo per chi arriva a Napoli con l auto..Camere ampie e pulite.. Bagno altrettanto spazioso.. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il riscaldamento.. Infatti, nonostante la nostra tempestiva segnalazione in reception, nella nostra stanza si avvertiva molto caldo.. Colazione varia ed abbondante.. Consigliato!

The staff are attentive and delightful folks. The hotel itself is a pretty run-of-the-mill hotel. The room was pretty basic -- a bed and a desk and a bathroom. HOWEVER, what earned the 3 star review is the location. It is DIRECTLY in the flight path of the nearby Naples airport and it is right on a really busy street. It's impossible to get a restful night's sleep here. The noise is unbearable.

Amazing hotel and very comfy staying.We have been treat wonderful and very gently by the stuff.The rooms are very clean and welcoming, with a antique looking.You can get hot water for free in the bar downstairs if you are into a tea mood.Finally, the breakfast comes as a buffet, with lots of choice to eat. From the sweets, which is my passion, to salty, meat and egg stuff.They do have a very advanced coffee machine, which makes hot milk as well.Bread, butter, jams, juices and fruits are also available.

We stayed one night here because of the wedding of our friend. This hotel has 4 stars but in my opinion not far than 3 stars. It was leaking when we took a shower. The furniture is old and unfortunately they are not in the good condition. The maintance of the hotel is really poor. Further the service is also not best. We asked for early check-in in advance and it was not possible. Our Italian friend called them and they confirmed it was possible. When we did check in, it was again not possible. We will never go back here if we are in Naples.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Firstly they CHARGE you 3€ per person every time you sit at their restaurant which I think is a disgrace for what you pay to stay there… The whole hotel is so dirty and neglected…bandaids/dirt stuck on the floors by the pool, breakfast tables and chairs not cleaned, mould and a stench in the rooms/bathrooms with rusty and moulded shower heads, hallway floors always dirty and food/empty bottles left out for days. Our power went off twice we had to flick the switches on the power board. Could not get through to room service on multiple afternoons and when I told receptionist they said that can’t be possible. Staff were rude, they never greet you, you’re just treated as another number, they walk past with their heads down and ignore you all the time. We actually counted one morning how many we walk past and not one acknowledged our presence.NOT ONLY we got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes and they did not even bother to apologise or do anything to compensate us. Food was poor probably the worst I’ve had in all of Italy, breakfast was always left over from days before(stale bread/cucumbers etc: bugs stuck on the fruit and cheese)Very very very over priced and a really poor experience to end our Honeymoon in Italy. I do not recommend this hotel at all especially if you love a CLEAN and friendly experience in a 4 star hotel……….
