Gentilissimi! Il proprietario ci ha spiegato come fare il pagamento on line per il servizio di deposito bagagli, utilizzando la wi fi perché il cellulare non prendeva.Il costo è ragionevole.Abbiamo poi gustato anche dei dolcetti al riso molto delicati.

Easy drop off. Easy pickup. Address was hard to find because the street numbers were not sequential (not kidding) and there were duplicate numbers (not kidding). But the street is not long, and the shops seemed to know where it was located. The important thing is that the bags were safe and there was an attendant. (I should’ve taken an exterior pic!)

Marcello was a very nice guy. He has a cozy restaurant where he stores luggage and keeps an eye on it. His location was extremely convenient not only steps away from my apartment, but steps away from a taxi stand. It made my travel very easy and worry free! Ciao Marcello! Grazie Mille! Gg

The hotel stuff was really nice and polite. But be ready that your luggage will be located in a lobby. No specific room, no locker, no one will be really look after the luggage. When I returned back nobody was at the reception desk, I mean everyone can have an access to your personal belongings. In total everything was fine, but the costs is much more expensive than you regularly meet (more than 7€ including app%) and please be sure that you will leave only not valuable items

Posizione strategica per lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora e girare liberamente per le vie del centro di Firenze. A custodire il tutto troverete persone cordiali e gentili! Consigliatissimo

The Signore/owner of the small cafe and luggage storage service was extremely helpful, polite and cheerful. He had to help us negotiate all the online codes and details and did so with expertise and grace. After we returned, not only did he assist us in retrieving our luggage but also called us a taxi for a trip to the airport. When the taxi did not arrive as scheduled, he called again and actually waited with us on the curb to make sure we were picked up. He is a busy man with a cafe to run in a hot tourist spot. We appreciated his attention and his friendly service. If you need this particular service while in Venice, do not hesitate to call on him.
