TRATTERHOF - The Mountain Sky Hotel

Sono stata in questa struttura per il ponte dell’8 e mi sono trovata molto bene.Se proprio devo fare una critica è che in qualche dettaglio è mancata la “comunicazione” con il cliente (es. la camera è pronta tra…, spiegazioni sulla disposizione della struttura, qualche responsabile nell’area spa che seguisse il totale rispetto delle regole da parte della clientela)… ma l’hotel aveva appena riaperto ed erano credo al completo quindi comprensibile.Venendo al dettaglio:- struttura: posizione incantevole e struttura molto molto bella;- camere: noi eravamo nella suite tratterhof. Grande, in stile, tutta arredata in legno, con cabina infrarossi privata. Molto bella.- cucina: si mangia benissimo. L’ossobuco più buono della mia vita! La colazione è una coccola, con tutto quello che si può volere;- spa: (specifico che ho scelto la struttura per questo). Grandissima, moderna, bellissima. Divisa su più livelli la zona only adult è veramente quanto di meglio si possa chiedere per il benessere, dalle zone relax suddivise in più stanze per garantire sempre tranquillità, alle saune fino alla piscina idromassaggio riscaldata esterna con vista mozzafiato. Anche la piscina panoramica molto bella. Complimenti.Per chi non scia, come noi, c’è la possibilità di fare bellissime passeggiate semplicemente uscendo dall’hotel.insomma, c’è sempre possibilità di migliorarsi ma complimenti alla gestione di questo hotel che si mantiene familiare e professionale allo stesso tempo.

I can say that it has a unique, rare view with peace and quiet, and also has a large, clean, up-to-date sauna pool.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno di relax in questa struttura dal 9 al 12 gennaio. È stato bellissimo. Camera stupenda, luminosa, accogliente e con una vista mozzafiato, pulitissima e curata davvero nei minimi dettagli. La spa è moderna e ampia, sviluppata su due piani, in questo modo, nonostante la presenza di diverse persone, non si ha mai la sensazione che sia troppo affollata. Sul cibo davvero senza parole: la colazione ampia e ricca, la cena curata e con piatti innovativi e di qualità. Il personale sempre cordiale e attento. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno ci siamo sentiti coccolati. La famiglia, nel gestire la struttura, di sicuro mette anche il cuore. Torneremo certamente.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo presso questa struttura, e sicuramente non sarà l'ultima!Camere nuove e bellissime, personale gentile e sempre disponibile, ottimo cibo.Un applauso particolare per la spa, immensa, varia e con molte zone relax dove si può sempre trovare posto per rilassarsi, e ai maestri di sauna, che ringraziamo davvero!Bravi, super consigliato!

As with many hotels in Tirol/ Sud-Tirol, Tratterhof has an old hotel and new hotel in one building. We opted for the old room, because the cost of the new rooms were much much higher. The old room was fine, except the bathroom needs updating. The thing I did not like is that guests were segregated in the dining area depending on which part of the hotel they booked, which felt a bit strange, a bit of a first class/ economy class feel. But I quickly discovered that we were all being served the same mediocre food. Considering the extra cost that comes with 1/2 board, the food was very disappointing. The plated dished that were served to the tables were simply not good. Not inventive, not high quality and small portions. The salad bar sort of made up for the lack of quality in the entrees, but not entirely. The breakfast on the whole was good, but you can only indulge so much before you go out for a day of skiing. The adults only part of the spa was very very nice, could use maybe one more Sauna and operating hours should start earlier. The family part of the spa was really lacking in amenities, the kids were bored quickly with this. The kids playroom is well done. The staff was nice enough, but did not go out of there way to make you feel welcome like many other hotels ive stayed at in Austria and Sud Tirol. Overall disappointing experience for 700 Euro a night.

Luogo incantevole. Tranquillo e nel cuore della natura. Personale e proprietà cordialissimi, alla mano e simpatici. Molte attività extra incluse nel prezzo della camera. Bellissima e vasta area welness. Da non perdere la sauna aufguss con Andreas! Ottimi anche i servizi del beauty centre e le lezioni di yoga mattutine. È una vera oasi di relax e benessere.

Hotel Tratterhof is definitely the most beautiful one from this area at a heavenly height of 1,500 metres above sea level!Here, the Dolomites are not just beautiful to look at, they are within reach and ready to explore.We visited a lot of hotels, but we enjoyed the time spent here the most! So we came back here twice and we will definitely come back again soon!I think they have all you need and even more!The view here is like a dream. The mornings, the sunset, everything is better from here! The hotel is in the middle of nature so we enjoyed a lot the quiet and the sound of nature!The rooms are simply amazing. Very beautiful, spacious and clean with a gorgeous view! You’ll notice how much room there is to unwind here. The light-flooded rooms and suites are visually and physically expanded by the incredible endless view over the valley and into the world of the Dolomites.We slept soooo good here, the bed and pillows are so confortable. We tried different rooms in our stays here and all of them are perfect! We also enjoyed out time at the terrace that is very spacious as well!The food here is so tasty and good looking! We absolutely liked everything we eat! If I have to recommend you something, I would not know what to choose, because everything was the best!The staff here is so good and kind, they helped us with everything we needed!The pools and infinity pools are perfect for every season! With a breathtaking view, they are all you need for a relaxing day ... or days :)!As a guest, you also get to enjoy free access to one of the best wellness areas in Italy of 4,000m². Monte Silva Mountain Spa has various saunas, infinity pools, separate family wellness area, and beauty farm. Esperienza magica.Posto meraviglioso, dalla camera alla palestra e al centro benessere.Il panorama e l aria che si respira sono davvero mozzafiato.Io personale è molto cortese.Unica pecca" (ma semplicemente per gusto personale) è il cibo che rispecchia molto la cucina austriaca/tedesca più che italiana.Le porzioni abbastanza ridotte ma compensano con il buffet di salumi
