If I could give zero stars I would, without any hesitation. I have emailed and sent requests at least 6 times regarding my tax refund after dropping off my form at Munich 3 months ago, and absolutely zero response. Absolutely horrendous service and I would highly discourage using them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have different friends who travel a lot. Nobody including myself has ever received a refund from planet. I personally think they’re stealing peoples money. If you actually want a refund use Global Blue. My three friends and I traveled to Europe recently (separately) and have emailed regarding our refunds and no real response. This seems to be a trend with them. Global Blue you get the money back within weeks. Just count the money as a loss

No one responded my email and tax refund inquiry at their websites. I think they systematically target faraway purchasers not to refund the money. It’s been 2 months since I submitted my tax refund form at Rome Airport but nothing was refunded. The two other company processed my refund within 7 days.

The worst VAT return service ever. They say a month for refund, but unless you reach out repeatedly and ask for your money back, you don't actually get it back. Borderline sketchy business! Completely opposite of what you experience with Global Blue.

Absolutely pathetic from start to finish. Avoid stores that use this service. First, no one was at the airport booth (even though the sign said they would be open), no electronic kiosks (their competitor Global Blue had kiosks at the MXP airport that worked perfectly). Spent weeks emailing them, no response. Finally CCed the CEO and someone responded. They made me physically mail my documents to Poland, and then 6-weeks later finally provided a refund, but kept 40% of the refund claiming that is their fee"."
