Très bel appartement ! Propreté et équipements impeccables! Très bien situé à proximité de la gare ( départ cinq terres ) et de la rue commerçante. ( Boutiques, restaurants..) Des petites attentions très agréables à l arrivée... Les propriétaires font tout pour rendre le séjour parfait ! Et c est réussi ! Merci beaucoup ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Appartement propre et très bien équipé. Machine à laver. Situé dans le centre vivant et à côté de la gare. Petit supermarché en dessous très pratique.

Location: Perfect. 5 mins from station where we were able to go to Lucca, the cinque terre and travel easily from Milan. It was also easy to access the restaurants of La Spezia and could walk to port area in 10 mins.Flat: Easy to find, with simple instructions to enter. It seemed very secure, with quality locks. Very clean. Sound insulation was very good. So quiet ( apart from church bells at 17:30!!! .Bottle of wine was a nice touch on arrival. Good communication with host throughout 5 day stay.Living room: Sofa, table, TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, hob, kettle, coffee machine and cooking pots and utensils. Large window which can be opened onto terrace ( not accessible). Aircon unit.Bathroom: Spacious with large shower cubicle with rain showerhead and adaptable height shower too, loo and bidet. Lots of space around sink for toiletries. Towels plentiful and soft.Bedroom: Very comfortable bed. Aircon unit. Blackout blind to window. Hanging space for clothes.

Modern and Renovated apartment with all the necessary equipment you would need for your stay. Located 5min from the train station and 10min from piazza d'Armi where we left our car. Underneath there is a small supermarket.The bed is super comfy. The owner had prepared a tea/coffee station which was a nice touch.The owner is kind but a little forgetful about sending us details for our stay /code to enter or wifi/. The only minus is..we requested for a baby cot, which we got dirty from the previous guests, one part broken plus we had to figure out an assemble on our arrival in the evening.Overall we would definately come back!

We had booked this apartment 6 months ago. Unfortunately, only 5 days before our stay, we received an email informing us that our reservation had been cancelled for reasons beyond their control, without any further explanation. This was a huge disappointment for us. At very short notice, we had to find somewhere else to stay. We could have done without this stress and inconvenience. We found it very unprofessional to be cancelled in this way. However, we were promptly reimbursed (which was the least they could do).

A very nice stay in La Spezia, very close to a piazzetta, train station, supemarket. The owner really paid attention to all the details. The apartment is clean,newly renovated and furnished. A good value for money.
