Super pleasent. Super Central. Kind Personal. We heard the neighbors a little but in general the stay absolutely overruns it. Modern facility. Next time in Como i will be back at this place.

Ho alloggiato nella camera 2, al piano terra.Camera pulita, spaziosa con anche una bellissima cucina a disposizione.Gestione della struttura favolosa.Check-in automatizzato così come la chiusura delle porte delle stanze. Per uno a cui piace la tecnologia, sicuramente un plus.Posizione ottima. Vicina al centro città ed a soli 200 metri da un posteggio (privato e coperto) ed un Supermarket aperto 24h al giorno e 7 giorni su 7. Prezzi onesti.Consigliata.

Perfetto! Posizione strategica per due passi a Como, imbarchi verso il lago (spettacolare!), Spesa H24 a 100mt. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulitissimo, cucina di ultima generazione e bagno con doccia e antibagno comodissimo. Se posso solo trovare un neo, avrei messo una porta fra i due ambienti poiché se si è in quattro è meglio per la privacy, ma è solo un cavillo.FEDERICA, alla reception, dolcissima e disponibile oltre ogni misura.. adesso ho capito il perché di tutte le belle recensionI che parlano di lei! Ogni volta che potrò tornare a Como non ci sarà altro che la Perla by sedar"!!!"

Dal nostro arrivo nella struttura siamo stati accolti benissimo. La disponibilità della gerente si è rivelata sin dal primo momento piena d'attenzioni e di consigli pratici utilissimi. La camera è stata trovata come se fosse stata appena ristrutturata, pulitissima e molto pratica per rapporto alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo promesso che saremmo sicuramente ritornati ed è quello che faremo nei prossimi mesi. Un grazie di cuore, Tania!

Appartamento in posizione perfetta per Como. Duomo, Porto, Negozi etc. sono tutti molto vicini (pochi minuti a piedi). Parccheggio Centro Lago pubblico per Euro 20.00 al giorno a fianco all'edificio. Pulito e arredato con gusto in stile moderno. Cucina comoda e ben attrezzata, c'e' pure una lavatrice, macchinetta nespresso e congelatore.Per una coppia perfetto trattandosi di un Open-Space (letto comodissimo), ma anche in tre pratico (divano letto). Bagno spazioso e pulito attrezzato di Bidet :) TV grande schermo messa non proprio in punto ideale, ma dal letto comodissima.Self-Checking perfetto (grazie alla responsabile che con molta disponibilita' e gentilezza ci ha supportati in tutte le nostre richieste/informazioni).Ampia terrazza con tavolo e sedie a disposizione.Forse prezzo un po' altino.Comunque grazie di tutto!!!

It is a good place. The apartments are self serviced and offer all the necessary amenities for a person to stay for a few days. The host was very polite and offered luggage storage in case of early check in. I was only there for a night so had not used any of the amenities like fridge/washing machine or did any cooking etc but it is a complete apartment if you want to live for a few days.

Very modern and spacious apartment with a smart concept. Everything needed is in the room, washing machine, dishes, oven, sheets, wi fi and a balcony on nice view on the como garden.The downsides were the parking. They do provide it but it closes at 5 pm! So if you have to park afterwards, the nearby parking is for 20 euros per night.Also, any cleaning is for extra charge on the next day.However it was a great experience and i would come again.

Without a doubt one of the worst value stays I've had anywhere in the world. I have no idea why, at this price point, this place has rave reviews. Paying anything more 150 Eur/night is like robbery. As I consider various hotels I've stayed in a similar price range- in cities like Hong Kong, Oslo or Positano during high season it is a complete joke that this place charges as much and sometimes more!!! It lists itself as a hotel but you are welcomed with a sign that says you have to clean your dishes and take out the trash when you leave!! When you are paying 330 Eur/night- are you kidding?? They said this was something about Covid, which makes no sense when no one wears a mask. The price doesn't include parking- which is a few minutes walk and expensive. Or breakfast. Or fresh towels. So, how are you a hotel, exactly? Let alone a 5-star hotel as it says on Google? On the first day, the internet speed was like a 1999 dial-up modem which meant I couldn't do work I'd planned. The internet was ok on the following day. The listing said 4 adults could stay- unless they're VERY VERY intimate- there's no way. Shower was a bit grimy. I would never recommend La Perla, I would never stay there again. Tania truly cares and tries her best that guests have a good experience.
