Delta Air Lines

This is the worst airline I have ever flown with. Today 04/20/2023 Milan for fly to Atlanta ,on a flight that was supposed to fly yesterday, and due to a plane breakdown, our plane was turned back from the runway. Today, the plane was supposed to leave at 10 o'clock in the morning and the situation repeated itself, the plane was turned back from the runway, after waiting on the plane for about an hour to open the doors, we still continue to wait for our luggage (already for 2 hours) For all this time it did not come the representative of the airline and no one can explain what happened. Dozens of people are locked down without food and water. It's a huge shame

Mi trovo molto bene con Delta, accoglienti, cucina molto buona.Aerei nuovi, puliti con servizio internet per tutti dove puoi scambiare messaggi (opzionale a pagamento dove hai a disposizione Internet ad alta velocità)Il personale molto preparato dove più o meno tutti parlano 2/3 lingue .
