Consiglio per chi deve essere in aeroporto al mattina presto, personale disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Il gate è proprio fuori la porta di entrata della piccola struttura(chiamata home) quindi immaginate la comodità.

Mediocre experience. The cabin is very poorly designed, I’ve been in a few of these around the world and zzzleepandgo are by far the worse. It’s not that small, but design flaws make it very uncomfortable.Some things don’t work, it’s very noisy and hot.On the plus side - checkin worked without problem, as did leaving the cabin during the stay. Also - very conveniently located.

Idea molto originale e comoda per chi ha gli aerei al mattino presto. Servizio clienti impeccabile sempre gentili e disponibili. Il costo è a mio avviso non proporzionato al valore reale del pernottamento. Se si arriva a notte fonda e non c è nessuno a cui chiedere diventa difficile trovarlo dal momento che non esiste una segnaletica adeguata. I bagni sono quelli dell aereoporto e si è impossibilitati a fare una doccia. Il servizio di controllo touch screen è non funzionato. Credo che per spegnere le luci dovreste dare la possibilità usando il vecchio e buon interruttore invece che affidarsi ad un servizio che potrebbe non funzionare. Non c è un asciugamani e nemmeno un lenzuolino per coprirsi.

Awful. Didn't manage to access.There is no receptionist, just a touch pad where you input your phone number which wasn't accepting. I called the helpline and after seven phonecalls, four WhatsApp video calls and several text messages it has been over two hours now and still no access. The helpline claimed it was a technical fault but refused to do any override to let me in. I am still waiting and I am facing the prospect of having paid €17 to sleep on the airport floor. No apology whatsoever. No empathy.I will be making a formal complaint and insisting at least to have a refund. I knew it would be cheap and basic, I didn't expect to get literally nothing but several hours of my time wasted.

Pas de douche alors que c’était indiqué que si.Lumière allumée toute la nuit et rideaux cassé.Électronique qui ne fonctionne pas.Alarme qui sonne TOUTE LA NUIT.Le personnel ne se déplace pas pour régler les problèmes.Pas d’oreiller, pas de draps.Ne réservez surtout pas

We booked 8 months ago. 7 hours(!) before arriving to the airport we receive an e-mail saying our reservation is cancelled due to overbooking. That was during our flights, so we didn't get this information before we actually arrived there, around 11 pm. So in slight panic we had to book something else. Needless to say, this is not how things should get done.

I’m sorry to say that is was a very disappointing experience. Technical problems and the lack of pillow and bed sheets made it an unpleasant night.We had a sleep & go in Arlanda airport, and it led me to think that this would be something similar (a simple and small cabin without windows for a short nights sleep). However, it it not designed for sleeping.I can imagine it be good for a few hours rest, but for a nights sleep, is was not what I was looking for.Specifically, I was missing a pillow and a blanket. Maybe the idea was that this could be separately purchased as I saw something in the small boxes, but according to the screen, they were empty.It was not possible to make the screen “sleep” and what was worse, not possible to turn of the coloured light in the roof that flickered I different colours all during the night. The door window screen was not possible to open, but I guess that was better than what I read in the reviews later, that it was not possible to close!Maybe not a problem, but it was several annoying bugs in the system – starting with the entry door not recognizing the correct international phone number (initial “0” needed to added), no way to cancel the outer door message that the code was wrong, continuing with using another number on the room login, no possibility to edit the birth date and the strange “PNR”.I can not recommend this unless you bring your own pillow and blanket. And keep your fingers crossed that the buttons on the screens are working so you can turn off the light!

Lo bueno: es un lugar donde “dormir” dentro del aeropuerto si tu vuelo es de madrugada.Lo malo: la cortina de la puerta no cerraba, por lo tanto entraba luz y no tenía privacidad. Me comunique con el teléfono de ayuda y me dijeron que ellos a esa hora ya no trabajan más (el ingreso para todos era a partir de las 20hs y les escribí a las 20.33hs. Tuve que insistir, y finalmente me cambiaron de habitación.La pantalla nunca se apagaba y el botón para que se apague no funcionaba así que dormí luz.Y… a mitad de la noche, ME DESPERTÓ LA POLICÍA A LOS GRITOS y golpeándome la puerta pidiéndome mi identificación (?) se la pidieron a todos y no nos dijeron la razón, realmente me dio mucho miedo.Por último, a la salida intente hacer el check out y no funcionaba.
