DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! They will charge you for a full days parking even if you park only for 3-4 hours and they do not park your car in the garage but on the street! There is no price table outside or inside the garage.When we handed in the car, we were told it cost 4 eur/hour, and at pick-up the car was parked on the street and we were charged 30 eur. After some arguing forth and back, we called the police, who called them and negotiated the price to 20 eur based on no price table and that the car was parked on the street and not in the garage.

Il servizio e l'esperienza sono andati bene. Puntuali e precisi nella consegna.Purtroppo una volta allontanatomi dal garage ho notato che il paraurti posteriore è stato sfregato contro un muro.Controllate alla consegna!

This is a SCAM. AVOID THIS PLACE. We were told that it was 4 euro per hour. When we returned 3-4 hours our car was parked outside and they wanted to charge us 30 euro, when it should be 12 euro. When we didn't want to pay they started cursing us out in Italian and started acting very hostile.

We were a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but we had no issues! We saw where the car was parked as we walked in, no scratches, milage and gas as when we left.

Il parcheggio presso questa struttura di meno di un pomeriggio mi è costato 170 € di violazione ZTL a causa di un errore del personale nel digitare il numero di targa del mio veicolo. Più di un anno per cercare di parlare con qualcuno senza successo e, soprattutto, totale indifferenza.Inaffidabili e disonesti. Di parcheggi ce ne sono tanti, evitate questo

Garage dentro ZTL zona B. La mi macchina è arrivata ma poi mentre camminavo me la sono vista passare davanti. Immagino abbiano un altro deposito a circa 8km da quello visti i km che hanno fatto. Necessario chiamarli 1 ora prima per andarla a recuperare. I costi ZTL così sono ridotti ma non mi sembra molto corretto il tutto anche perché se fosse stato specificato avrei scelto diversamente. Poi... viste le misure covid preferirei che la macchina non fosse guidata da chi non porta mascherina e guanti. Forse è troppo?

We left our car here and then read the reviews and we became very nervous since we paid in advance and then realized we didn’t even get any receipt or ticket. They also park the car themselves and then keep the keys. However when we came back four hours later, we got our car immediately, completely okay, without problems, and we didn’t even have to have any ticket. The only thing is price, because we know they gave it to us expensive, 40 euros per 4 hours. But it was out of the sun, and safe so okay.

Don’t go to this garage. They scraped the side of my car, damaging in 2 spots. Then claiming it wasn’t them. Be warned they are terrible.

Le tariffe sono alte come sappiamo, oltretutto hanno lasciato me e mia nonna dopo una visita per 15 min fuori dal parcheggio sotto l’acqua perché erano andati a prendere delle macchine in un Hotel. Mai successa una cosa simile, vergognoso davvero!
