We hired a driver to drive us from Milan to Cinque Terre. The customer service was willing to answer any of our questions and responded promptly. They were very organized and reliable, our driver met us right at the airport. However, we did ask for an English speaking driver but our driver was not able to speak any English - regardless, he was very nice and helpful.

Unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. My travel agent recommended this service. When she provided me quotes they seemed exorbitant. This is for a pleasure trip, not business; I only needed transport from point A to point B. I did not use them for tour services. I told agent to only get service between airport and hotel. Yet, when I arrived from the airport in Naples there was no car and driver. Granted my airplane was 2 hours delayed, luggage took an additional hour; and then I'm looking for them for another hour (person holding a sign with my last name). In the current travel season, flight and luggage delays are common. So why didn't the driver check the status? Why was there no communication with me? Nothing. Also, other passengers on my same flight had their drivers WAIT for them. Why couldn't my driver wait for me? Moreover they still had the nerve to charge me for the service. It wasn't the full amount, but I should not be charged any fee. I was quoted a price of 110 euro. I got a taxi for 40 euro. Price gouge much? I was also quoted prices of 250 euro between Naples/Amalfi each way. Again, level of service. I do not need a sedan with bottle water and english speaking driver. I need basic transport for me and my one bag of luggage. So i didn't use them for this. Paid 140 euro and 120 euro respectively. One was via regular taxi, the other was a full Mercedes Van all to myself. See what I mean about exorbitant pricing? Then the final kicker came when it was time to return to the airport. My travel agent requested transport and gave me a price of 95 euro. RIDICULOUS! Within 2 hours i had her CANCEL THE SERVICE. This was not a request, but a statement of fact. This information was sent to the company. They received it. They asked a question about a 50% cancellation fee. Bad business considering that the service was booked and cancelled within 2 hours. But people mistakes, we pay. Yet, though they were told in written documentation to CANCEL, they sent a driver AND charged me full fare. Why? Why would you send a driver when you were told CANCEL SERVICE? It wasn't a question, it was a statement, just do it. They charged me the full fare of 95 euro. I got a taxi for 22.50 euro. Why would I pay 4x as much for a simple transport; especially after abandoning me at an airport?!?! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. Besides the price gouge; they provide no service (abandonment at an airport without any notification or explanation); and charge you for services NOT rendered.
