Hotel Ca Masieri

Sono stata in questo hotel assieme al mio compagno e il nostro cagnolino (accolto come un principe) per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax. Camera pulitissima e molto spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort per il cagnolino. Colazione a buffet abbondante e varia. Personale GENTILISSIMO e disponibile, super carini. Consigliamo Ca Masieri in quanto ti fa sentire come a casa. Ottimo rapporto qualita-prezzo.Coppia dalla Romagna.

Gentilezza, disponbilità, simpatia, organizzazione del personale nonchè bellezza e comfort della struttura, con piscina inclusa ben tenuta. Bravi complimenti.

Fantastica residenza storica immersa nelle colline Vicentine. Letto comodissimo, camere pulitissime, comoda la piscina anche se non grande. Colazione perfetta. Consigliato anche a famiglie o gite d’amore.

Struttura nuova, curata del dettaglio, personale super gentile ed ospitale, abbiamo dormito benissimo, la colazione ricca e varia. Veramente consigliato!

Gestore dell’hotel molto maleducato e irrispettoso. Abbiamo affittato la struttura soprastante l’hotel, inclusa la piscina. Poiché i proprietari della struttura del CaMasieri e il titolare dell’hotel non sono riusciti a stabilire un corretto accordo per l’utilizzo della piscina, ce ne siamo andati dopo essere stati insultati da entrambi i soggetti.

Esperienza di alloggio molto positiva, location e servizio interessante

La gestione è nuova (ad agosto erano aperti da un mese) con struttura appena rinnovata. Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile, crea un’atmosfera familiare e serena in mezzo ai colli vicentini. Sono stati pronti a consigliare luoghi in cui mangiare che si sono rivelati ottimi e sono stati pronti a rispondere a tutte le esigenze. Camere moderne, molto curate e pulite. Molto apprezzato un buffet-aperitivo offerto il sabato dal titolare.

Overpriced! Low-cost B&B service sold as 3 stars hotelStarting with positive aspects: very nice staff! Couple facts about the rooms:-fresh-renovated, fancy style of 70s: nice&esthetic and extremely not practical. Almost completely dark, also during the day (medieval tiny windows closed with iron), artificial lighting needed always. I wouldn’t recommend to people with claustrophobia. There were other “pearls”, ex. there is a wardrobe you are not able open, because it’s blocked by a table etc.-no kettle in the room to make yourself a tea-bathroom does not have a proper working ventilation system, the shower is placed in an unfortunate place and becomes a sauna after 1 minute. Also the sink is blocked by a door. Somebody tall&big, or with limited mobility might have a difficulty to use the bathroom.And regarding other services:-BREAKFAST- this one was a disaster. The cheapest, low quality stuff of long conservation time. Rather typical Italian breakfast, which means coffee + biscuit, eventually one type of croissant. The options for “European”, salty breakfast were ONLY: cherry tomatoes (half rotten, people aren’t you ashamed to serve things like this?), then EXACTLY 4 slices of ham, 4 slices of cheese and 4 eggs at the buffet. All disappears after 10 seconds, so you need to go to the kitchen to ask to refill them. But the biggest shame was ONE small roll-bun left on the buffet table to be cut like in portions like it was a bread/ French baguette. I literally didn’t know what am I suppose to do with it. What I found ridiculous was keeping at buffet table some gadgets (like the egg counters), which are rotten and do not work. The Staff was aware they haven’t been working for a long time, but they keep it there anyway.-There was a scene from an Art House cinema/ Monty Python: a waitress in dining area was bringing a coffee on an extravagant tray, which was -I promise- A FRAMED WALL PICTURE, with a paper part faced down and cups of coffee up, on the glass part. How do they wash that “tray” (do they wash it ever?) I appreciate artistic creativity, however hygiene goes first :)-lots of free space, but almost zero maintenance around the hotel. Ex. There is no garden/ terrace you can stay outside. The swimming pool zone is rather small and opened only during the summer.Summarising, this place would be ok as a low-cost B&B. However we were charged as for 3-4 stars hotel in a city, while all the services were clearly at a low-cost service.
