We throughly enjoyed this experience.Very easy to find and central to Palermo.The food was delicious and enjoyable to make.Flavia is great to chat to and great at what she does.Would highly recommend!

Bellissimo corso di cucina street food! Maria Pia è una mamma e insegnante perfetta, ci ha svelato i trucchetti delle sue ricette e tenuto compagnia per un pomeriggio facendoci divertire e imparare!Assolutamente da consigliare in gruppo e anche singoli in quanto si instaura un’atmosfera conviviale è super piacevole.Noi avevamo una coppia di tedeschi in gruppo e abbiamo riso e condiviso aneddoti tutti insieme.Il valore aggiunto è la possibilità di fare un prima persona le ricette, che sarebbe carino ricevere cartacee oltre che sul sito online.

Wir haben den Kurs Street and More gebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Es gab die besten Arranci und alle notwendige Hilfe, die man brauchte. Jeder sollte diesen Kurs besuchen, um das Land und die Gastfreundschaft der Sizilianer/innen kennenzulernen.. Mein Mann und ich kamen als Fremde und wurden mit großer Herzlichkeit begrüßt. Wir haben zusammen gekocht, gelacht, von unseren Ländern und Reisen erzählt. DIE Zeit verging viel zu schnell. Wir fühlten uns wie bei Freunden und werden definitiv auch weitere Kurse besuchen. Wer die Küche kennenlernen darf, wird das Land noch mehr lieben.

Mamma Corleone cooking class was wonderful. Maria is a fabulous chef and explains all steps of the cooking process. It’s a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Good for novice and “expert “ cooks. It was one of the best days for me in Palermo.

Had a great time! Made a delicious authentic Sicilian meal. The portions were large and we learned a lot about making pasta! Definitely worth the price :)

Unforgettable experience. We were hosted by Flavia who was so chill and also passionate about her food. She went the extra mile to accommodate us - we'd chosen the octopus salad, which happened to be unavailable in markets due to the heat wave. Nonetheless she called around and managed to secure an octopus for us, and it tasted FANTASTIC. The 4 hours pass by so quickly. Definitely recommended for anyone spending a few days in Palermo. Thank you so much Flavia.

My husband and I took Mamma Corleone's Traditional Menu cooking class and it was great! The facilities are intimate, modern, clean and well organized. Momma" and the translator were both delightful. They explained each step

A wonderful, small class that was enjoyable and educational. We did the traditional menu, which turned out very well. I highly recommend the Mamma Corleone class if you are in or near Palermo.
