Best experience. I was there right when they opened and was able to drop off my clothes and had them ready in about 90 minutes. Clean, fresh, folded clothes without the worry was amazing. I wish I would have caught the name of the man helping me. He was so funny.

Washed one large load 8 euro and took 30 min. Dry same load for 40 min at 1.50 euro per 10 min. The man running the place provided change. Previous reviews really made the guy look bad but I went anyway because of lack of many options. Well, glad I went because he was very nice to us. Now, seeing the other reviews, I would probably consider getting 1 and .50 coins just incase. My total cost for a fairly large load was 12.50 euros.

This place was great for laundry services! The man inside was very friendly. Family of 4 - we walked in and dropped off our clothes and they were washed, dried, and folded for us the same day. Good prices - 20 euros for large loads (they give you a laundry basket to measure the amount of clothes you need washed... 1 basket is one large load). Cash only

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We arrived at the laundry point and they only had coin machines (fair enough). I asked the man working there if they had change for a 10€ note. I just needed some coins. He greeted me by saying “what” in an aggressive tone. As I asked him if he had change and tried to explain that we wanted to use the self service machines, he told me that he didn’t have change and I had to go find some. I did this and then came back and he started yelling at me to use the larger machine for €8 rather than the smaller one for €5. The smaller one is all we needed. We used the €8 one and did not argue it. As we had put our clothes in he told us “you need to wait outside. This is my place” in an aggressive tone. So we did that. There were another couple inside at the time. He told the lady she needed to get off the seat because someone needed to sit. This was his friend that he started talking to, no one using his services. Other young English speaking people came up to him later and said they needed to get change. He let them inside and swapped their notes for coins. The worker is an absolute liar and the most aggressive person I have met on my travels through Italy. He then continued to whistle at us when our clothes were done while we were outside, instead of using his words (he spoke very clear English). We dried our clothes for 40 minutes in their large dryer and they were still soaking wet! 20 minutes in the drier should have dried them. Please do not go here, our clothes were steaming but wet in the dryer. Horrible service. Horrible experience.

The tall skinny man that works there is truly an unhappy miserable person. But that didn’t stop me from getting my laundry done. Which I did, FYI, the large washing machine cost eight euros and it’s one euro for every 10 minutes of drying. He also does same day drop off and pick up. Be aware he doesn’t want to speak to you or give you change or even acknowledge your presence.
