Highlight of our trip! Gianna is the best chef and teacher. Wonderful big kitchen (with aircon). Gianna knows a thing or two about wines too. We are looking forward to visit Gianna in her restaurant once its opened!!

My friends and I were looking forward to the cooking lesson but had no idea how fun Maya and Gianni would be! They are a hilarious mother/daughter duo who made the experience so so fun. The space is beautiful, and after the lesson we sat to enjoy our pasta and focaccia along with meats, cheeses, and free-flowing wine. Their hospitality was so warm and generous. If you're in Lecce this would rate as one of the musts!

5 stelle non bastano per la valutazione di questa indimenticabile esperienza!Da pugliese, mi sento di consigliare a chiunque di trascorrere qualche ora in compagnia della chef Gianna Greco e dei suoi racconti interessantissimi sulle tradizioni culinarie pugliesi. Vi attendono tante risate, spensieratezza ma anche serietà e precisione nella preparazione delle ricette.Insegnare e raccontare le nostre tradizioni culinarie a persone di culture diverse rappresenta sicuramente una sfida, ma renderlo una scoperta e una novità anche per chi in Puglia ci è nato e cresciuto è forse la soddisfazione più grande che possa esserci.Possiamo solo ringraziare e sperare di tornare presto per nuove cooking experiences"!"

We had such a great experience with Gianna and Maya and amazing they could cater for gluten free in the cooking class. I was provided with my own cooking station away from others to avoid cross contamination. I still got to make my own gluten free focaccia and pasta. All the food was delicious which went down with some local wine (and plenty of it). So many good cooking tips etc. My partner who is not gluten free absolutely loved her food too. The space is beautiful and I would recommend this class to everyone! Thanks so much for a trip highlight!

Awesome class! Maya was a charming and charismatic instructor who shared her mother’s secrets of cooking—from how to choose the best organic ingredients, to removing the core of garlic cloves, to when salt REALLY must be added to pasta water for the best flavor. We made orecchiette by hand and a focaccia that rivaled the examples we had at restaurants. So so worth it!
