La mia esperienza riguarda solo la parte “organizzativa”del locale. In quanto non ho mai avuto modo di mangiarci.Innanzitutto è stata una impresa parlare con la responsabile-metre, gentilissima per carità.Ma prima di arrivare a lei ho dovuto chiamare due giorni di fila, tre o quattro volte in tutto passando attraverso chef ed altri personaggi piuttosto sciatti. Ho dovuto quasi pregarli manifestando il mio acceso interesse ad organizzare una cena li!! Nessuno a darmi informazioni tutti a cercare di depistarmi in qualche modo.Parlo finalmente con la metre come detto molto gentile, mi spiega tutto ma c’er Un solo problema: il mio tavolo di 12 persone forse non si sarebbe potuto organizzare perché c’era già per lo stesso giorno appunto una prenotazione di 35 persone! Dovevo aspettare la sua chiamata di conferma ma comunque sembrava un si anche da parte sua avevo percepito. Del resto pensavo : come fa un ristorante rinomato del genere che vanta decine e decine di posti a sedere in piena stagione a rifiutare una tavolo di poco più di dieci persone solo perché c’è un’altra Prenotazione? Impossibile!!!Invece no! ricevo la chiamata dopo qualche ora e la responsabile mi dice che non può prendere il mio tavolo perché c’ Già un’al Prenota da 35.Due giorni dopo però potrebbe prendere il mio tavolo perché non c’è nessun prenotato!Peccato che due giorni dopo saremo in aereo andando via via via ....

Bellissima la location e il panorama. Menù ottimo, curatissimo nella preparazione e nella presentazione. Personale, gentilissimo, cordiale, mai invadente, professionale. Atmosfera piacevole, tranquilla con musica soft di sottofondo. Carta dei vini interessante e sommelier preparato. Complimenti alle chef. Tutto molto buono. Comunque un po' troppo caro!!!!

This restaurant is located inside the Belmold hotel inside the villa San Michele. A friend of mine bookUs the reservation for our Anniversary. They only hold it with a credit card on file so if you cancel you have to do it in advance or else they charge 100 euros . The place is located up a hill over looking all of Florence and it’s beauty . The views are spectacular and so amazing . The place is very high end so you have to dress accordingly. They have a guy playing the piano . The whole experience is very romantic. The food and wine is delicious and the service is over top . I definitely will come back when I’m in town and also recommend this place .

Il luogo è incantevole, il personale molto accogliente. Quanto al cibo, a parte un delizioso dessert - una crostatina di crema e frutta fresca - il resto (quel che ho preso io, ovvio, cioè l'antipasto di ricciola e, soprattutto, le pappardelle al cinghiale) era senza infamia e senza lode, soprattutto se commisurato al prezzo. Comprendo che fare funzionare un posto così costi un botto, ma in cucina, anche con poco, si può fare di meglio. Suggerirei di servire il pane toscano, bianco.

Amazing view and mood. Beautiful presentation of dishes. But taste ..doesn’t value very high. It was normal comparing with the expectation of its location and the price. Staffs were all very kind but the welcoming service wasn’t professional to let wait around 30mins more than the booking time. Having aperitif outside in the garden was amazing. Sommelier is very professional and passionate.

Il mio ristorante preferito a Firenze! Più romantico e giusto non si può! Raffinato e mozzafiato, considerando la vista e l’ambiente (Villa San Michele). Staff super accogliente, cucina veramente buona! Lo chef ha molto talento e le bisciole ai frutti di mare ne sono una prova.Una vera coccola!

Outrageous price for a heavily underwhelming meal that lacked flavour and didn't even meet the standards of an Italian local, yet alone a up-market restaurant. Every dish was a disappointment but, to their credit, the sommelier (and his recommendation) and waiter were great.Even ignoring cost, which was substantial, this was without a doubt the worst meal we experienced in Florence. Don't go here expecting an enhanced experience of Italian cuisine (as we did) - go to somewhere on a side-street and pay 1/10th the price for 10x the quality.Although the dishes were clearly intricate, they simply lacked flavour and were largely unnecessary. We were expecting them to make the best of local produce and deliver the punchy flavours you expect from Italian cuisine. Instead, we had a meal so mediocre that it provided entertainment. For 140 euros per head, this was an embarrassment compared to what you get elsewhere in this price range.Avoid. Do not waste your time or money. 1 star for the wine and waitor, 0 for the food.

Just the most beautiful meal and superb service with stunning views but be prepared for a hefty bill! We had lunch rather than dinner- exquisite experience!!!
