Etna tour - Rent Car with driver. Sicily car service, Excursions and transfers

We had a pleasure to receive their services 3 times during our trip. They’re on time, cars are clean, drivers are truthful and professional. There’s not much taxi in Sicily around Taormina, Mt. Etna and Ortigia. If you need a taxi you need to call, and the price is pretty high. I recommend booking a car service with this business in advance to receive some discount. Their email response is very quick, and they’re reachable via WhatsApp as well. Highly recommended!

On time, clean, air conditioned, and the dispatcher speaks English. 100 euro for a van from Taormina to Catania. Last minute. One of the drivers was a female and I think she is the daughter of the person who started the company. Our first driver was a lovely guy whom we wanted to keep all day but he had been at work since the early morning doing a run from the airport... he was charming.

WATCH OUT for this agency. They give you cheaper prices on the phone and when they actually charge you after the ride, they ask for higher prices and blame it to miscommunication. We booked a ride and were given a one-way price and when we arrived at our destination, the driver said that the price is different because he had to drive all the way to our pick-up location. In my eyes, this was a set up from the driver or that's the way the agency works.The car was comfortable and clean but the price scam made this an aweful experience. I can't recommend this agency, there are plenty out there who actually are reliable and have the same comfort.I would never book here again. NEVER AGAIN!
