The first time I came across the dental clinic was during the pandemic period when I had an emergency situation with a broken tooth. I was immediately impressed by the high level of care, compassion, technology in use and quick decision making process when a patient, immersed in personal and social traumatic events, looks for help. Dr Loffredo proved to me as a professional able to build and sustain trust in challenging situations and maintain calm while performing under pressure. There is a high level of trust, coordination, synchronized efforts while the whole team performs together. Not only accuracy on a professional level but also precision in elaborating the details and response to patient’s needs. I discovered this by visiting the clinic for another intervention. The professional punctuality and attendance are visible in the final result which definitely is a piece of art.
