Absolute gem! The restaurant is located in a quiet square just behind the busy main street. The food is impeccable and the staff is passionate about their work. This is one of those places where you can tell the waiter to surprise you and get the best meal you could have wished for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS: try the ‘broken’ dessert, it’s amazing!

We ate here on a Sunday evening in July.The food was really good. Recommend the tomato and melon gazpacho with burrata.As the place filled up with more guests the poor friendly waiter was rushed off their feet trying to do the best they can. But ultimately that meant waiting around a lot between courses and finally to get desert and pay.Love little setting away from the main tourist areas. Plan for a longer lazy dinner, eat the great food and enjoy.

We had a really great dinner here. We had the chicken liver pate with brioche (delicious), eggplant parmigiana appetizer (this was good but not as amazing as everything else we had), pici (excellent), gnocchi stuffed with Brie and with fava beans (so good), and hazelnut tart with mascarpone cream (deconstructed, kind of a weird format but delicious). The service was excellent.

This was my best meal in Italy. I’ve been travelling around Italy for over a month now and nothing has compared to my dinner at Bruscello Bistro. The gnudi, rabbit, ratatouille, and special concept dessert were flawless. You can’t get better at this price point.

This was by far the best meal we had in Siena! I’m gutted it was our last meal, otherwise I would have come back and had the duck ragu and chargrilled octopus all over again! The homemade bread was also very nice and the service was good.

Piacevole scoperta nel centro di Siena. Siamo stati in questo ristorante per San Valentino e ne siamo rimasti molto colpiti. Il menù non offre una grande varietà di pietanze, ma nonostante ciò sono tutte molto interessanti, soprattutto perché diverse dal solito.Davvero tutto squisito, porzioni non esagerate ma in ogni caso giuste e prezzi adeguati al livello di cucina.In totale abbiamo speso €80 comprensivi di: 2 antipasti, 1 primo, 1 secondo, 1 dolce, 1 acqua e 2 caffè.Unica pecca non molto importante è stata qualche disattenzione per quanto riguarda il servizio, ma per il resto tutto perfetto!Consiglio vivamente questo locale che permette di assaporare una cucina particolare, diversa e interessante, senza spendere troppo!

Almost forgot to put a note but thank you for hosting us last time !The staff was very comprehensive and the waiter super nice with us, very attentive and kind. The food was delicious, local, fair price, perfect quantities. Dessert and extra menu things included. Recommend 100% !!
