Ufficio Iat Ispra

I went into the tourism office because I needed help finding what to do during the day. The woman working inside said hi after I said hello and asked me if I had a car. I told her no, and she was not in the mood to offer me bike rental or anything else I could do on foot. I asked her again if there were busses to take to get to places and she handed me a bus schedule. There was one other woman inside, that’s it and she had no time to explain how the system works. I had to ask her to show me on the map! This is pretty poor service. I expect someone who is welcoming and helpful, not this bad service.

Gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha accolto, fornendoci informazioni utilissime in modo molto professionale oltre che materiale informativo e cartine. Si vede che svolge il suo lavoro con passione! Complimenti davvero, dovrebbero essere tutti così !

Tourist information in town - hanno un sacco di materiale turistico utile, anche relativo alle località delle province vicine (Novara e Verbania dall’altra parte del lago)
