All around the staff at the Palazzo Pitti is unkind. After getting into the Palazzo we entered the museum with beautiful artwork and views. After the museum we stopped at the cafe for some lunch. The staff was horrible. Not only were they rude to multiple elderly customers, but they gossiped and slandered multiple people in Italian. My sister and I are both American, but my sister understands and speakers Italian. She heard our waiter talk badly about customers directly next to our table. I would recommend touring the garden and museums but not eating inside.
