I came here from the recommendation of a family member and they did not disappoint!I was helped by Johnny who was so kind, helpful, and funny. There was no pressure to buy anything (unlike nearly every other leather store), and all he cared about was me looking good and being happy with how I felt wearing it. I ended up coming back 2 days later and buying a beautiful jacket that looked great on me. High quality, good prices, and fantastic service. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Wandered in by chance in the San Lorenzo leather market, and it was a very happy accident. Mario is a real pro, both in his gentle attention and in the way he talks about his designs (candidly admitting which ones are copied from which designers, and which are original inspirations).We walked out with a beautiful jacket at a fair price, which I have every confidence will last us 20 years. Brilliant service and customer support. From the moment we walked in to the shop in Florence and met Mario the customer was the focus. After trying on several beautiful handcrafted jackets my wife settle on a couple lamb skin coats. Soft, beautiful and easy to wear. We returned to our home in Florida and my wife went to put on one of her jackets and a spot ripped just above the left pocket. We messaged Jimmy's leather and within an hour we had a response and when we had explained what had happened and sent a few photos. Without hesitation we were told that they would fix it. After a couple weeks and a couple messages that they were working on a fix. Jimmy's leather collection asked for our mailing information. We were thinking we were going to get a repair kit. Jimmy sent a brand new jacket. Hand made to replace the one that had torn. With an apology for the mess this caused. Nothing but professionalism and courteous service. My husband and I had been looking for a good place to get him a leather jacket and were overwhelmed by all the leather markets in Florence, so thankfully we googled it and loved all the reviews we saw! We went straight to Jimmy’s and had the best experience! Johnny helped my husband find the perfect leather jacket! Jimmy’s has such a beautiful collection of leather jackets, belts and more! Highly recommend!

Johnny is the best fashion consultant I’ve ever worked with. I came in with my husband not planning on buying anything and left with a blue leather jacket, when I said I’d NEVER buy a blue jacket. Jimmy immediately knew what would look great on me and made some suggestions, without being pushy at all. His suggestion was truly spot on and once I tried the jacket in there was no turning back. We walked in here thinking we would be buying just one jacket for my wife instead we both bought two. After having a great experience with Mario I had not decided and was a little torn on a jacket to choose. He must have known because he told me he would be right back and he came down with a completely different style for me and I loved it. My whole face lit up and my mood completely changed. We loved the product quality and customer service so much that we went there twice! My friend doesn’t really like leather jackets but Mario knew what would look good on him. They didn’t have the style I wanted but like magic, Mario pulled out something from storage that is more of my style. The jacket could easily be $2k+ in NY and I got it for a steal! Thanks to Jimmy and Mario for a wonderful experience. We hope to be back again next time to purchase more!

My wife and I went in to look because we heard good things on Reddit about Jimmy’s.TLDR: We ended up leaving with a lambskin jacket each and had a great experience along the way!Johnny is a stellar stylist. When he first saw my wife and I, he knew exactly what style/ color would suit us best.His suggestions lead me to a jacket and color that I really enjoy.He also recommended a style and color to my wife that she would normally not wear but ended up falling in love with.The leather of both jackets is soft, buttery, and smooth. The color is deep and beautiful.We ended to getting a fair price for both jackets (assuming the quality is as good as claimed).The quality seems legit, but only time will tell. I am hopeful that they are what they seem.I will revisit my review with a 6-8 month update and photos (it’s too hot to wear them now)

After visiting a few dozen leather stores in Florence we ended up buying 3 out of 4 jackets in Jimmy's. Outstanding quality, awesome owner. Highly recommended! Especially if your time in Florence is limited.
