DRIVALIA Mobility Store
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company. They gave away my reserved car and refused to provide a replacement at any cost. The man at the counter in Milan airport was the rudest thing and told me it was my fault they had no cars. a they would not refund the car cost at the desk!!! The man walked away from me and refused.They refuse to answer their phone so my cc company can verify we never got a car and I am having to jump through hoops to get my refund.

This is a company that will charge you and not care about whether you get your car.Had a payment issue on their side with a card. They refused to lease me the car they refused to issue a refund, they just didn’t care that we were stranded
