Personale molto qualificato gentile e professionalità consiglio a tutti se avete intenzione di prendere un cucciolo andate tranquilli .il mio cucciolo è stupendo.

in leggero anticipo per recuperare il nostro cane, dalla vetrina lo abbiamo visto spaventato dai modi piuttosto bruschi di uno degli impiegati . Tengo a segnalare che il nostro cane è molto socievole ed affettuoso e non ha nessun problema a farsi lavare. Ci spiace ma non ci torneremo più!

this is literally the BEST shop in Milan. the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and they are more than helpful every single time. i bought some things for my cat and throw out the bill, a week later my fontana (the waterfall for the pet) started not working and normally they can not help without the bill. but they did literally EVERYTHING to help me. so they solve my problem and it was really really important for me. i love the shop and i love the people working there. i am beyond happy that i walked into this shop when i first came here, noone could help me in a situation like this. i am beyond grateful. i would suggest everyone to go there to buy stuff for their pets. this is by far my best shopping experience in Milan.

Personale cordialissimo, sono entrata perché ero seguita da un tizio e non solo mi hanno messa a mio agio, ma quando il tizio che mi stava tenendo d’occhio ha cambiato soggetto cercando di seguire altre ragazze, uno dei commessi è uscito per cercare di avvisarle, fortunatamente pare non sia successo nulla. 5 stelle perché sono stati gentilissimi!

Visiting from Australia so was very surprised to find such a large pet shop and stocked with so much! Shout out to Alessio and Claudia, best service. Made my visit to Milan very memorable. Plus they had dog tags of kangaroos - who would have thought! Thankyou

Absolutely LOVED stopping by here during my trip to Italy! The staff was super friendly and spoke English. They had a HUGE selection of products from foods, to toys, to beds, and so much more! I bought the cutest sweater for my cat and he loves it! I also saw in the back they have kittens for sale! Super cool store definitely a must go!
