Great place to rent a car - cheaper than Florence and you can return the car on a Sunday (which isn't the case everywhere). We got a great car and a decent price - they were very responsive on email to any questions that I had and were flexible with the pick up time as our train was delayed for hours due to a strike.

Lorenzo was great, the prices are reasonable, and it's super easy to get to--immediately across the street from the train station in Chiusi. I plan to rent from this place any time I'm in Umbria/Southeastern Tuscany in the future.

Great rental agency with all the advantages of a small company. Friendly staff, good service and affordable cars. We had a free upgrade from a Toyota Aygo to a Mercedes A180

Really simple to rent a car with them! The Chiusi shopfront is easy to locate, just in front of the train station. Car worked well with no issues, was also clean. Returning the car was simple as well.

Very friendly, helpful and polite.Ordered car by phone and collected 11am next morning.So far so good.Update: we continued to hire various cars across Italy with no problems because we asked Sara at Chiusi to assist us from Chiusi.No other Nollegiare branch was quite as friendly and efficient as Sara which is why we stuck with her! We took full insurance (ESSENTIAL when driving in Italy!) An idiot drove by our car and hit the side mirror damaging it . We were fully covered and no problem when returning the car in Sicily.

Rent elsewhere!!! Bad communication! Extra fees! Told me wrong drop off time and charged me a whole extra day.They very clearly told me because of my pickup time I had to have the car back before 11am but really to aim for 10:45am. I returned the car at 10:50am right in the window they gave me. They charged me another full day and the lady at the desk was very argumentative about it instead of being apologetic about the miscommunication.She claims she never said what I heard which was before 11 preferably 10:45. I’m sure they’ll respond to say they did not say this. If they did not say this it means they have serious communication problems because that is NOT WHAT I HEARD.If you are a tourist skip this one. It seems like communication is lacking here or they’re trying to make extra charges (either way it’s not good). Really added extra stress to my trip.

Very helpful and courteous service! The car was perfect and the rate was very fair as well. I'm so happy they were able to help us after our bad experience with the nearby Avis. Return was easy and no extra fees were charged. Will definitely repeat next time we're in the area.

This is a complete scam.Rented a car from Florence, we turned up and was told we needed an international drivers license. We didn’t.They have taken our money and refuse to refund us - due to some hidden term in the contract.We had to rent a car from a different car hire campany, who told us they see a lot of people like us, as Noleggiare over book their cars.

Appena entrati in agenzia per chiedereil prezzo del noleggio di una macchina fino a giovedì a partire da domani, ovvero domenicaL'impiegata ci dice che di domenica è chiuso.Sbalorditi riflettiamo un attimo per pensare ad una alternativa aspettando una proposta anche da lei, come ad esempio il noleggio a partire dal sabato ad un buon prezzo e invece squilla il telefono e noi non esistiamo più. Non un cenno di mano a fare intendere un attimo". Niente. Spariti. Mollati lì a sentire lei che serviva per telefono un altro cliente con la testa bassaMaleducata e per nulla professionale.Happy rent a chi ci riesce con questa agenzia
