NLG S.R.L. Sorrento

Aller/Retour de Sorrento à Amalfi dans la journée sans aucun problème, même en pleine saison. Nous sommes arrivés 25min avant le départ du bateau ce qui a permis de retirer nos billets au guichet avec notre réservation en ligne. Départ à l'heure pour les 2 trajets et voyage agréable au soleil !

The Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi tour we took for four was a complete scam! Even though they showed us to reach the islands by sea in 20 minutes, it was not like that! We were kept on the shore for 1.5 hours! When it was time for the second boat to take off, we were still waiting in the first boat. When I said we wanted to stay on the boat and go to Amalfi because we didn't have time, they tried to force us out of the boat. Really disappointing! I never recommend! Do not trust these people!

We were a little late to the line for a ferry to Amalfi but they didn’t make us wait, they just asked who was on the next boat, issued ticket slips on the spot and sent us to the pier. Good service. In general I think the ferries themselves have been great but have heard mixed reviews on the tours with the ferry companies.

I’m now using the service, travelling on “Picasso” ship from Positano to Sorrento, the boat is totally overloaded , there are no seats left, so me and my family were ordered to seat outside, no seats available also, so now travelling on the boat floor under a burning sun. When we call the crew (that was trying to put more passengers on the already crowded spot)to complain, the skipper was extremely rude and quickly started to offend everybody around. Not sure this is a single incident, I’m afraid it is business as usual at NLG. I think it’s my first review with one star rating, but I really can’t recommend anyone to use NLG. Not only there is no customer satisfaction orientation whatsoever, but even worst if there were no seat means they exceed the limit of souls on board, so you are jeopardising your life when choosing to be an NLG Customer.

Cara NLG, i vostri traghetti sono così sporchi!Ieri, sul grande traghetto da Amalfi a Capri, i finestrini non venivano puliti da ANNI. Ogni finestra della nave era completamente coperta di sporcizia e non potevamo vedere fuori da nessuna finestra. I bagni erano sporchi, si vedeva che i lavandini non venivano puliti da settimane, la spazzatura nei bagni non veniva portata via da giorni. Dovreste vergognarvi, e dovete ripulire il tutto.Suggerisco a tutti i membri del vostro ufficio aziendale di andare in barca da Amalfi a Capri e viceversa e di vedere come vi trovate.Tre dei vostri dipendenti maschi bloccavano le scale e non si sono nemmeno spostati per permettermi di tenere il parapetto mentre la barca si muoveva. Sono rimasti lì a parlare e mi hanno ignorato.Dear NLG,Your ferrys are so dirty!On the big ferry from Amalfi to Capri yesterday, The windows had not been cleaned in YEARS. Every window on the ship was completely covered with dirt and we couldn’t see outside of any window. The toilets were filthy, you could tell the sinks hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the trash in the toilets hadn’t been taken out in days. You should be ashamed, and you need to clean up the mess.I suggest that everyone from your corporate office ride the boat from Amalfi to Capri and back and see how you enjoy it.Three of your male employees hanging out blocking the stairs, and they wouldn’t even move aside so I could hold the rail while the boat was moving. They just stood there talking and ignored me.

This company is horrible!! Absolutely zero customer service! We booked tickets on line and showed up with the belief we had tickets for a 9am ferry. But to our complete surprise we arrived to find out the company sells tickets as people show up at the window regardless of tickets sold on line. So when we arrived they wanted to move us to an 11am ferry. We asked for a manager they said no, you either take the 11am ferry or cancel on line. They were very rude and not sorry for their lack of professionalism! Never ever use this company! Anyone ever anywhere!!!

The most disorganised ferry company I've ever used. We prepurchased tickets online for a crossing from Sorrento to Capri in May. The tickets stated that we needed to print them off, then convert them at the ticket office in Sorrento 30 minutes before departure. We arrived an hour before which was just as well. The weather was atrocious at the time, and there was no signage showing where to go, so I stood in the huge queue with other people who said they were either waiting to convert their tickets at the office, or to buy them.After 20 mins of not moving my girlfriend went for a walk down the pier to see if she could work out where we were supposed to be going, before eventually coming across an NLG ferry with a Capri. She was told that the ferry was leaving immediately (even though there was about 30 mins until it was due to depart) and that she should board ASAP. Cue panicked running down the pier 10 minutes to get on just in time. See picture showing how far the ferry was along the pier..Feel sorry for the people in the queue who most likely ended up having to get the next crossing. If you prepurchase tickets, you are better off walking down the pier to the correct ferry instead of joining a queue outside the ticket office. You apparently don't need to convert the tickets. If other operators are available and better reviewed, I would use them next time.

I saw all of the negative reviews after I had booked tickets for my family through the Omio app. I can’t speak for anyone else but everything worked great for me and my family. We took the 9:30 ferry from Sorrento to Positano and the 14:10 ferry from Positano to Sorrento. We got to the check in early and got our tickets for both trips from the lady working there. There were no delays and the boats were in good condition. My biggest suggestion for anyone travelling in this area would be to get to everything a couple of minutes earlier than what is necessary and to travel early in the morning/ day because everything is calmer then.
