Milan Apartment Rental - ARIA MILANO

Mutfak eşyası olmadan var diyerek yalan söyleyen bir ev sahibi. Mutfakta çok pis bir tava vardı. Konaklama yapmadık ama kendi hatası olmasına rağmen ücreti iade etmedi. Buda evdeki yemek pişirmek için tavası.

The best apartment I’ve ever stayed in Milano. Always clean, nice location, friendly and helpful stuff. You can find here everything you need for living!

Had a horrible experience with the staff. They were very rude to us. We had the reservation and when we got to the hotel they asked us for the deposit. We paid it in cash and they accepted it without an issue. The night before our departure, we let them know that we were leaving early as they usually start working after 9am. They said they couldn’t give us the deposit back unless we had an Italian bank account. Luckily, one of my friends lives in Italy and was able to provide one. However, Nikolina (hotel staff who I just noticed left a 5 star review here) said that it would take several days (at least 2 weeks) for the manager to go to the bank and deposit the money. We explained that we didn’t live in Europe and were leaving to the US that week so we wouldn’t be able to get the money back and asked if they could wire the money to our bank account in the US. She sent a message via WhatsApp saying that she didn’t understand why were concerned and our “criticism” and said that it was not the hotel’s fault that we decided to leave before 9 and that it was not the hotel’s fault we warned them the night before. She said she was doing us a favor by asking the manager to send the money back. It was extremely unprofessional, and rude. Looks like they don’t welcome tourist but only locals as they will take your money but will make it extremely difficult to return it. To this day I am still waiting to get an answer from the hotel. Very disappointed.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Aria Milano und haben die Suite gebucht. Es war ein sehr schönes, modernes und neues Apartment. Das Bett und die Bettwäsche waren sehr gemütlich. So gut haben wir auswärts noch nie geschlafen.Allgemein war es ruhig, aber zum Treppenhaus hin leider etwas hellhörig, was aber nur einmal vorkam.Leider gab es auch keine Balkonmöbel.Die Lage ist super. In 5 Minuten ist man mit der nahegelegenen Bahn beim Mailänder Dom. Wir konnten ganz bequem alle sehenswürdigen Dinge erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Koffer konnten wir in der Lounge zwischenlagern und per Whatsapp mit den Mitarbeitern unkompliziert kommunizieren. Alles in allem können wir das Aria Milano wärmstens empfehlen!

Posizione comoda, arredamento moderno, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Avrei dato 5 stelle se la pulizia dei pavimenti fosse stata migliore.È stato piacevole aver trovato la musica accesa al momento dell'ingresso in camera!

Do not stay here whatever you do! They advertise false information.. for example. The modern apartment does not have (as advertised):1. A lift2. Onsite reception3. Soundproofing... its very noisy with people upstairs4. A view. You overlook rubbish bins5. Toilet paper. I had to buy it.6. Liqid to wash dishes...I was promised 1 night refund also after bathroom lights broken and now manager ignoring my emails. They are crooks. Do not stay here!

Wonderful experience at the Milan apartment Aria. The check-in process was very easy and we appreciate that the staff are using WhatsApp to communicate with us before we arrived in Italy. Our unit was beautiful and modern and clean. The room was perfect for two people. We appreciate the very safe quality of this building which is secured by a digital entry code. Everyone has been very nice. We stayed five nights, and we liked it so much we came back for another 3 nights after other travel! This area is wonderful with fogaccia, coffee shops and many restaurants all within walking distance. We could walk to and from the Central Station and we also were able to walk straight down San Paolo Boulevard all the way to the Duomo! Perfect apartment, perfect area, wonderful people! We also love the kitchen and refrigerator! We will send our friends and family to this lovely apartment.

Appartamento molto bello, luminoso, accogliente e soprattutto pulitissimo. Accoglienza molto professionale, ho apprezzato tanto la gentilezza del personale. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Highly recommended! We loved everything about our stay!We came for family vacation (13 people) and it's was perfect for us.The unites were clean, well equipped and spacey.The staff was super friendly, the lounge downstairs was fun for hanging out together.We will definitely come back.
