Very friendly lady and helpful

Don't waste your time and money. I rented for a week, then extended it for another week. They charged me an extra $128.00 in addition to the two-week rental, claiming I hadn't called to extend and this was a penalty. I had time-stamped screenshots from my phone showing I definitely did call. Then they stated it was actually a rate change for the second week (the exact same amount as the no-call penalty, amazingly!) I had confirmed with the agent at pick-up that a second week would be charged at the same rate. Budget customer service stated they would do nothing more and closed the case. Check all the reviews and pick a more ethical company. They also charge your card in dollars instead of euros and nick you for another 4.2% by using a lousy exchange rate. Their receipt says I was offered a choice and chose dollars, but of course it had never come up and they just did it on their own. Buyer beware!

Un desastre; teníamos un auto reservado; en la misma reserva no aseguraba nada sobre una licencia de conducir internacional; he alquilado autos en el aeropuerto de Miami con la misma empresa y he viajado por varios lugares, la primera vez que me piden una licencia internacional? para conducir, además la persona que estaba en la oficina una atención pésima y tuvimos que esperar que ella terminara de dar vueltas por el aeropuerto; podrían tener otra predisposición para atender y estar en la oficina de trabajo, no uno estar teniendo que buscarla;Alquilamos un auto al lado; EUROPCAR! Y no nos pidieron más que una licencia de nuestro país de origen; pasaportes y una tarjeta de crédito internacional!
