Ospedale SS. Giovanni e Paolo Pronto Soccorso

il 20/06/2019 decido di recarmi al PS per un forte dolore al dente. Purtroppo non ho giovato di nessun miglioramento anche se avevo preso l'antibiotico, il synflex e il brufen(questi ultimi due nel giro di 2 ore) Al pronto soccorso, il personale di accoglienza è stato gentilissimo. Purtroppo non posso dire la stessa cosa del dottore e di quella infermiera bruttina con gli occhiali con la R di Marghera. I due non mi hanno nemmeno ascoltata, avevano già iN mano una siringa di toradol. Mi guardavano con aria seccata, l'aria di quelle persone che non hanno voglia di fare nulla. Purtroppo ho tanta paura degli aghi e mi rifiutai chiedendo se c'erano alternative. Con fare arrogante mi continuavano a ripetere si rifiuta? " " si rifiuta?" . Nessuno dei due ha cercato di capire quale fosse il problema. Mi sono rifiutata e mi hanno dato una tachipirina da 1000 facendomi cenno di uscire fuori. ROBA DA MATTI.In ogni caso se solo mi aveste ascoltata

For 3,5 h none said a word to me, and I most likely got covid there.I was left to wait in a room with other 2 elderly people (who most likely had covid as we were separate from other people) for 1,5 and then moved to a tiny room next to the covid toilet". None said a word to me. After 3 hours I started crying and a nurse came and took a covid test - This is when I realized I waited for 3 h for a covid test! the result was due in 10 minutes but none came for30. I went out and asked for results- turned out they forgot about me. The result was negative

Worst experience I've ever had at a hospital. Do not go here if you can avoid it! Was left to wait in rooms for up to an hour and a half when I was told it would be a few minutes." Zero communication between staff leaving at the end of the shift and new staff coming in

Terrible, probably worse than the USA hospitals we have. First, the security guards could not figure out how to show us to the emergency room. They sent us away just for us to come back and then they acted like they were confused. Then, we finally found the place and waited over 7 hours to be seen. We arrived at 5pm and weren't seen till 12am... The patients get a warm room while the accompanying people have to wait in an ice chest of a room. The vending machines have cash slots but they don't work. The employees here are so rude. I don't think they like Americans here. Even so, you can't treat people poorly over that.

Terrible, probably the worst Hospital i’ve ever seen. First, the security guards could not figure out how to show us to the emergency room. They sent us away just to buy face masks although they have a lot just sitting there, We came back and then they acted like they were confused. Then, we finally got into the crazy que and waited over 3 hours to be seen. We arrived at 11:30am and left at 02:30pm and weren't even seen by a nurse nor a Doctor... The patients get a warm room while the accompanying people have to wait in an ice chest of a room. The vending machines have cash slots but they don't work properly. The employees here are so rude. I don't think they like Arab people around here. Even so, you can't treat people poorly over that.

Il personale Suem gentilissimo, al pronto soccorso sempre gentili ed efficienti.Io posso solo dire cose positive per le mie innumerevoli esperienze.Un plauso all'infermiera Marzia Boscolo di turno domenica 19 giugno 2022 , persona squisita.

Great ER visit, maybe the best ever. I live in the United States and in New Jersey i typically spend about 7-9 hours with very little interaction from the staff, maybe 15-20 minutes of actual face time. Here I had tons of FaceTime and only spent 4 hours. I never saw the doctor, but the PA and nurses were fantastic. They also spoke pretty good English! My bill was also very nominal for X-rays, cat scans, triage, multiple Covid tests etc. my complaint was a subdural hematoma, but the diagnosis was whiplash (from an accident last week at Superski Dolomiti).

Quasi 5 ore in attesa senza possibilità di: bere qualcosa (c'è distributore d'acqua, ma senza i bicchieri) o mangiare qualcosa (forse c'è distributore, ma non riesci allontanarti essendo in attesa di chiamata). Meno male che c'è il bagno, ben pulito. Torno a casa con il dolore acuto e non lo so se dovrò chiamare l'ambulanza stanotte. La signorina al reception era molto gentile, ma non poteva aiutarmi.È la peggiore esperienza che abbia mai avuto in un ospedale.

In fase di ristrutturazione; c'è un punto di accettazione e accoglienza infermieristico dove ai pazienti viene dato un codice secondo le patologie.Lo smistamento avviene poi mediante punto generico od ortopedico.Ci arrivano anche gli operatori dai motoscafi della Croce Verde 118,sempre insufficienti.I tempi di attesa sono biblici
