30 minutes away from the old Venice but next to Don Peron Saragat buse stop, Service was poor, the hotel is under staffed, breakfast was very poor with not so many options.Overall experience was not the best.The front desk staff tried their best but...

Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre
Modern new rooms, free parking, clean, great staff, and close to public transportation. At the reception area, you can even buy the day pass tickets to bus and water taxi to get around in Venice. Breakfast is really delicious and they give you a lot of food to choose from. Ah! and also love the cool music they play in the lobby area❤️

This was a last minute booking. Thank goodness for having a membership with Marriott. The hotel is closed to the airport and is very clean. Once you lay down it’s lights out. The beds are very comfortable. The garden is beautiful with jasmine flowers. There is a restaurant on the first floor and a convenience store. If you need to use the computer and printer, they are conveniently located on the first floor. The price is modest. The shopping mall is walking distance of this hotel. The staff does speak English.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 giorni insieme alla mia famiglia e abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare questo magnifico posto. In più vorremmo fare i complimenti allo staff per la cordialità, la gentilezza e il sorriso, in particolare ringraziamo Mary e Hanane , persone gentilissime e simpatiche.Consigliamo questo hotel anche per la qualità del cibo, la pulizia delle camere e la sua posizione .

Procedure of checking in is slow...Room quality not matching with Marriott standards quality.The bathroom without shower gel.Towels hang in the bath broken.Rooms carpet is not clean and very low quality. This is not 4 stars hotel quality.

Bellissimo albergo in cui ho soggiornato per motivi lavorativi.Struttura curata in ogni dettaglio, personale cortese e gentile.Molto pulite le camere con al loro interno ogni confort di cui si ha bisogno.Ho usufruito anche del servizio ristorante che mi ha pienamente soddisfatto.Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Clean rooms, great service, clean gym,and free parking. A larger dining area where you can order food or just a drink. Very nice outdoor seating area. There are a few restaurants within five minutes walking distance

Location is ok. They want to charge you 50€ / day if you want to park your car in the downstairs garage.We asked for house keeping at the front desk. The front desk says house keeping will come and not to worry....house keeping did NOT come.Front desk tells us the buses run 24/hr to and from Venice island. This is NOT correct either. You have to do your homework.There's no fan in the bathroom and the front desk controls your room temperature even though there's a thermostat in the room.... I'd look elsewhere to stay for future planing.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and was always ready to help with anything. The service at breakfast was amazing, but there was one waiter in particular, her name is Marwa, she was always helpful, friendly and kind during breakfast and chatted with us. All in all our stay was excellent.
