Abbiamo noleggiato una piccola imbarcazione, tenuta molto bene pulita e in ordine prezzo nella media la ragazza molto gentile e disponibile...

La giornata è stata piacevole, peccato per la sorpresa finale.Ci è stato fatto pagare ben 140 euro un pezzo che era tenuto insieme con un nastro e che al minimo tocco abbiamo rotto del tutto.Non è stato possibile trovare un compromesso per via dell'arroganza dimostrata dal gestore.Consiglio di spendere 10€ in più x il noleggio ma da altre parti

Very good service, we received a boat in a good condition, spent 5 hours on lake while paid half-day rent and €25 worth of fuel.

Oggi mi sento di lasciare una recensione negativa…Premetto che sono cliente ormai da diversi anni e non ho mai avuto problemi perché sia da parte mia che da parte loro non c’è mai stato motivo di lamentele ma oggi sono risentito dal loro comportamento.Sono rientrato come al solito puntuale e durante la navigazione non ho avuto nessun problema se non che mi hanno contestato dei segni (in un lato che tra l’altro non avevo nemmeno ormeggiato).Ora, trattarmi con supponenza dicendomi che era colpa del fatto che non so ormeggiare…. non sarò un professionista ma nemmeno uno sprovveduto alle prime armi ma soprattutto dispiaciuto che non hanno creduto alla mia versione… ci sono rimasto molto male!

Ci siamo affidati a Global Nautic per la nostra gita aziendale sul Lago d'Iseo.Lo skipper che ci ha accompagnati è stato cordiale e professionale.Bellissima esperienza, lo consiglio!

Avevo letto delle recensioni negative ma la mia esperienza è stata davvero ottima.Il personale è stato molto più che gentile, la barca era stupenda e la spiegazione prima di partire, data la mia poca esperienza, molto facile ma chiara. Torneró appena potró. Mi hanno anche fatto uno sconto in quanto avevo avuto problemi con la macchinetta per il pagamento del parcheggio. Grazie!

This is a very organized, very friendly and very cost transparant place with nice professional staff and beautiful boats.They are very professional with the contracts and agreements. Boats are expensive things, so I like that they are very organized with all the official stuff around renting. They make a note of all previous damage, and let you check it as well.Furthermore, they explain everything perfectly, how the boat works, what to do, what not to do, which makes you feel at ease.And of course the most important thing; they have really nice boats (with or without license) that also go very fast!!You pay for the gas afterwards which is perfect, you only pay what you use. They even let you look at what they put in (they have their own gas pump) just to be open and transparant about it.The total price is more than reasonable, I come from Amsterdam and renting a boat for the canals is way more expensive ;-)

Great Day! Professional, friendly and uncomplicated.

Very unprofessional. At a certain point they came after us, very angry, that we shouldn’t drive so fast? Why didn’t they say that at the start? They told us we had to drive slowly when we were 50m from the coast, so we did. At the end when we asked them what was wrong they didn’t want to answer. One of them seemed to understand us, put his arm over our shoulder and said ‘let it go’, he probably avoided trouble between our groups because he was kind. The skipper that brought us back to the campsite didn’t want to say anything, and we had to sit down, when I think of it now, we shouldn’t have listened to them, he was very degrading. We just wanted to drive a boat for a day but apparently that was to much. One of our group speaks Italian a bit and apparently they called us names. It was also to expensive. There are enough good places to rent a boat, avoid this place at al cost.

A must do, when you are on holiday at lake iseo.Super service, a nice price and most of all a day you will always remember.The service of picking you up by boat at the camping @iseo was super! Next time we certainly come back to rent a boat @global nautic
