My experience with Overtour was a really unfortunate one. Overtour wanted to rent one of my apartments and didn't like our payment conditions and asked us to change them for their reservation. As we mantain the payment conditions they didn't make the prepayment and the reservation was canceled. As they were not a customer they couldn't score on the booking site. But decided to give a bad evaluation on our Facebook page. Said that they found strange" our payment conditions. And that our apartments were too expensive! How can they comment on a service they don't know and never benefited of it? And if it was expensive why try to book it?? Unlike Overtour our service was graded more than 500 times by real customers with a valuation of 9.5 out of 10. And we are a Prefered partner on booking.Overtour should focus on customer service and less on Facebook!"

Ringrazio personalmente Emanuele per avermi fatto una pratica di Visto con cura maniacale dei dettagli, traduzioni professionali e preparazione meticolosa dei documenti online, tale che ho ricevuto i complimenti del Consolato e ho sbrigato tutto in 10 minuti, mentre accanto a me c'erano signori che sono stati le ore a impilare i documenti giusti.
