Очень понравилось! Доставили скутер в аэропорт в назначенное время. Скутер был в хорошем состоянии, и ни ни разу с ним не было проблем. На третий день аренды я случайно сломал ключ зажигания поздно вечером. Я написал об этой проблеме в 23.30, и завтра в 9 утра мне привезли новый ключ, и даже не взяли за это денег. Сотрудники всегда на связи и отвечали очень быстро. Вылет у нас был рано утром, и они сказали оставить скутер на парковке в аэропорту, ключ оставить под сиденьем. Очень удобно! Цены более чем хорошие, в отличие от большинства прокатов в Неаполе. Рекомендую!

Used this rental with a friend. Very nice communication and helpful people. There were some technical 3rd party issues which wasnt their fault. They still tried to help us solving the issues as best as they can. On top theiy delivered and picked up the scooter arround napoli which is not a normal service i would guess. We were a bit sceptical to send documents upfront (which is normal i guess). We bring them in person which they accepted without further complains. Also the payment we did upfront (again we were a bit scared here as well).Conclusion: Im pretty sure im not the only one having general trust issues about rentals because of experiences on the past. All the distrust my friend and me bring against CervoRent and their workers was absolutely unfoundet. The Return prozess was super easy, friendly, took a couple of seconds and was without any further discussions also no hidden costs. Full recommendation would love to use them again!
