Chances upon this restaurant that was just beside our hotel and decided to have dinner here since it was our last night in Rome.We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the waiter and friendliness of all the attending staff!They brought us their in-house champagne and informed us that it was on the house as it was their form of welcome!Overall, the price of the food was reasonable. Taste wise, we have had better in Rome but given the price and location of the restaurant, taste is something that can be compromised on.Overall, will come back and visit this restaurant again should I be back in Rome! ☺️

Avoid this restaurant! The man who kept insisting we go in was like a used car salesman. We had been walking all day and were so hungry so we decided to try it. We got food menus but no wine list. The man kept pushing for things for us to try but not telling us how much it would be. They also gave us each a what seemed to be a complimentary small glass of Prosecco. We ended up liking it and asked for a bottle. Granted we didn’t ask the price - he never told us the price. We had 2 bottles but found out later that they were 55 euros each! Plus their food was average at best. He insisted we have truffles on all our dishes. At the end our bill was over 350 euros which was a shock since most of the places we had been to had barely been 200 euros- and we had already been to Pisa and Florence before Rome. This place is a tourist trap! I do not recommend this place

Way too expensive. I should I've checked the menu prices before ordering, however, the Fiorentina steak I had was 99 euros, twice the price as a similar steak I had in Montecatini, and only half as good. The wine was also 4 time as expensive as the one I had in Montecatini and not as good. We felt pressure to buy. The waiter opened the bottle without showing us the label. We wanted a sweet wine and ended up with a dry one. They also charged 15 % for the service and requested tips on top of that. I'll never go back.

This restaurant was just next to my hotel. Personally, here I ate better food than what the other tourist places offered in the city center. The food was served without delays, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were reasonable. If I go to the same hotel some day, I would visit this restaurant.

absolutely the worst experience we’ve had in italy. This restaurant is the WORST tourist trap and EVERYONE must avoid eating here. A man who seemed like the owner persuaded us to enter the restaurant and seemed extremely nice at first, giving us suggestions of their popular plates. We tried looking at the menu first to pick our own meal but after chatting w the man, he learned we were tourists and insisted he bring us a couple plates to share. For 3 dishes, the bill was €400 when it has never been more than €100 the entire trip. All we got was pasta, a small steak, a seafood plate, and 3 drinks. He then had the audacity to ask if we wanted to pay a 20% tip on top of this meal!! absolutely horrible experience, would give zero stars if possible.

Bruschetta ottima con pane fatto in casa. Spaghetti ai frutti di mare veramente eccellenti, ingredienti sicuramente freschi di giornata. Bene anche frittura e dolci.Locale curato e piacevole, accoglienza gentile e attenta.Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Should have listened to reviews but we were tired and all the other restaurants close by were super busy. We had the diaobola pizza which was ok nothing special. The server was friendly and overall would have given 3 stars but he basically insisted on a tip which we didn't appreciate. To pretty much be forced to give a tip knowing it's not really a thing here was not only insulting but made us feel very uncomfortable.

We had pizza and spaghetti carbonara. The serving waitress brought the bread before the main course was prepared. The spaghetti was al dente in the Italian style and adequately seasoned. I would work on the visual side of serving pasta. The waiter did not give a spoon to the spaghetti. Pizza with Italian sausage was tasty, freshly prepared. The drinks (Piña Colada and Aperol Spritz) also tasted great, they were mixed with a sufficient amount of alcohol. I recommend, the price/quality is very good.

Ordered 2 meals; pasta and pizza. When the pizza arrived it had thinly spread cheese on it which appeared to be brushed on; just crust smeared with cheese, tomato and basil. It was mostly crust. When pasta arrived it was undercooked and inner part still hard and crunchy. Rude waiter explained that is how pasta is cooked, and we are ignorant on how pasta should be, and ranted on. Not willing to cop more abuse from waiter -joy of dining out destroyed. We were not willing to eat the meal so asked for the bill. Staff demanded we pay the 31 Euros in full. This is the worst food experienced we have had so far on our 1 month holiday in Italy. Avoid!
