Ci ha serviti Thays, una ragazza estremamente gentile e disponibile che, pur di soddisfarci, ha contattato anche gli altri punti vendita per trovare il prodotto che più si adattasse alle nostre richieste. I live in the US. Email communications were fast and incredibly helpful and informative in helping me order some journals I've been trying to find an equivalent of and was failing. Found the company that made the one i already had (Manufactus) and was able to order 3 more shipped to me. They made them specifically for me, shipped fast and received in a timely fashion considering how far they traveled. Thank you! For the journals, the lovely leather bookmark and the handwritten note! 10/10 will order again!

So happy that we decided to check out this store! Everyone in my group brought journals to give as gifts when we get home. Thays was very patient with us as we looked around and even gave us a demo of creating a wax seal. I love that they offer on the spot engraving. The whole process was quick and easy.
