The evening before my rental, I arranged to pick up an e-bike the following morning with Carlo, the owner, for a full day rental. Carlo was very welcoming and courteous. The e-bike was well serviced, battery fully charged and good breaks. I was offered a helmet, battery charger and lock. After taking the bike to Rifugio Canua and a few miles along the lungo lago, I sent a WhatsApp message to Carlo with my arrival time. Overall, a great experience.
