Albergo Casa Peron

Erano un po' disorganizzati,le camere erano un po' piccole ma per quel prezzo molto buone. Qualcuno ha scritto che erano terribili...non è vero...a Venezia rispetto a dove abito i prezzi sono molto alti...è stata una fortuna trovare un prezzo così buono per delle camere così. Albergo perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e cerca di non spendere troppi soldi. Posizione ottima per chi vuol3 esplorare Venezia. (La signora che ci ha servito era molto brava)

Nice and clean hotel. Pretty close to the main train and bus stops. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, i had already booked a room and had to add another person last moment. They gave Me no problem and added another person. Quick response when you message them. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bright. AC works really well. Definitely would come back again.

Personale simpatico e disponibile, anche quando è carico di lavoro. Il servizio più che ottimo (con mini frigo e condizionatore in camera) nonostante sia un hotel a 1 stella. Stanza molto pulita. Lo consiglio a chi viene in vacanza a Venezia per Venezia, e non per godersi degli hotel sfarzosi con tutti gli optional.

Luogo molto accogliente soprattutto il signore che ci ha ospitati, molto gentile, in più l’albergo è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.

Location: 4*Cleanliness: 3*Host: 5* (the owner is super nice & helpful)Amenities: 1*. The owner needs to invest more money to improve the amenities in his hotel: AC is a joke. Hot water doesn't work properly. The toilet seat needs to be changed, it moves dangerously anytime we sit on (see pic).

A small cosy hotel, we stayed on the 3rd floor a large room with a terrace, large shower room, there is no lift so you need to carry your luggage up. There is hotel reception and check in at any time which was nice. I liked the area alot, it has alot of character, the bars are a bit cheaper too around here, it was quieter than staying around St Mark's or Rialto Bridge. And close to the 2 bus and train stations. The main things we didn't like was that for the price we paid 260eu for 2nights there was no heating, there was an air con. but no remote anywhere for it, as it was the end of March evenings still get chilly especially if you've been out walking all day and exhausted and want to rest. There was mould corner ceiling, and the room smelled of damp. We requested 2beds, were told there was only double, and our room actually had 2single beds pushed together that they could have separated but didn't. And provide only tea in the room, I guess this is usual though as none of our hotels in Italy had any coffee!! Only soap and shower wash no hair conditioner, only basic toiletries

Price was right, staff was super kind and attentive. The room was small but plenty for what we needed. The bathroom looked brand new. A bit far from San Marco but this is a good thing. It is situated in a slightly quieter part of town which is nice.

Stanza piccolissima , vecchia ,cupa e maleodorante,pulizia lascia a desiderare ( la maniglia del box doccia “intoccabile “).Il gestore Gianluca, ineducato, nonostante le nostre prove fornite a riguardo del prezzo pattuito telefonicamente, non ha sentito ragione, volendo 30€ in più rispetto al pattuito telefonico( senza ne fattura ne scontrino). Di tutti gli hotel frequentati il più scadente, sconsigliato!!!
