Molto soddisfatto. Ho acquistato un paramotore per la mia moto. Il prezzo era davvero conveniente, il migliore su internet. Dopo qualche giorno ho chiesto informazioni sulla spedizione e subito ho ricevuto aggiornamenti sullo stato. Arrivato a casa senza problemi l'ho montato e sono molto contento. Consiglio assolutamente il negozio, preciso e affidabile.

Acquisto uno scarico con consegna in 29 giorni lavorativi, purtroppo per la poca serieta del produttore lo scarico dopo quasi 3 mesi non è ancora disponibile.Racing One Lab è stato sempre chiaro e preciso alle mie domande e vedendo che lo scarico non arrivava a accettato senza problemi di fare un rimborso.Serietà e professionalità

Took them 23 DAYS after I had placed my order to tell me that it is out of stock. And this is after chasing them several times asking for order updates. Every reply assured me that it will ship soon, until it didn’t. PayPal refunded me in full but I lost money due to currency exchange. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered an exhaust for a kawasaki kmx they sent me a complete different exhuast and said thts what's they was selling even tho it was completely different to the picture shown they give me some money back for the false advertisement but I fitted the exhuast to my bike and its got holes in it a brand new exhaust wich I may say I waited over 6 weeks for I'd never recommend this company to anyone ever I regrett ordering it from them I didn't even want to send it back after waiting so long for it because I could imagine the wait for the refund would of been twice as long. Currently editing my review as they're trying to tell me it's a fake see photos attached

Unbeatable price on pannier rack and trekker outbacks shipped to USA (even shipping cost was extremely affordable).Expect to wait at least a month before it even ships.If ordering a bike specific part I would be absolutely sure they send you the exact part you desire, email them, call them but be 100% sure if you're ordering across the ocean.I received the wrong pannier rack, it did not match up to my bike, thankfully I know how to weld and made it work. Returning and waiting for a refund would have certainly been not worth it.

Raramente faccio recensioni su internet ma quando è giusto farla, la faccio.Ho acquistato questo scarico per la mia moto Honda Xadv 2021 su questo negozio per la prima volta, il prezzo era molto interessante quindi ho deciso di prenderla qui.Ho dovuto aspettare per ricevere la marmitta (alla fine poco più di un mesetto) a causa di tutti questi problemi di mancanza di materiali a livello globale ma non avevo fretta di riceverla quindi il tempo di attesa mi interessava ben poco.Ho trovato subito molta velocità nel rispondere alle mie email che ogni tanto scrivevo per avere notizie per il mio ordine, a volte non passavano neanche due minuti e già ricevevo una risposta da parte loro.Pochi giorni fa ho scritto una email per sapere e mi hanno detto che lo scarico sarebbe arrivato e infatti così è stato, dopo due giorni ho ricevuto lo scarico.Complimenti al negozio e allo staff per il lavoro!

Allow them two weeks to send the product. Even though it has a couple tiny scratches near the vent on the top, this helmet came with everything original. Bag, tools, manuals and accessories. Item is complete. This helmet at this time is almost impossible to get, thanks to racing one lab I got it. Any questions the seller is active and responsive to the best they can. Allow about three weeks to a month for shipping to Canada.
