Lovely small house with a stove and all amenities including toiletries. Clean and comfortable with a lovely view and terrace. The owner Carmine and his wife are very nice and kind and they left us some small breakfast supplies for the first morning, which were much appreciated. They live in the house next door and are always ready to help if needed. Convenient location to Perugia centre if you're traveling by car since it has a private parking, and Perugia centre is only 20 minutes walking distance, or there is also public transport, or car parks in Perugia centre. Good value for money. Highly recommended!
