Einfach gebuchten Transfer vom Hotel zum Airport abgesagt. Sollen ein Taxi nehmen. Wirklich ganz mies.

Indignante e indecentes. Directamente no se presentaron en el aeropuerto. Nos dejaron tirados a mí y más gente que llevaba un hora esperando. Imposible contactar a los teléfonos facilitados en el bono. Sres. de las agencias de viaje de España, absténgase de ofrecer está empresa como servicio de traslado aeropuerto a Roma. Al fin y al cabo es su agencia la que queda mal y deberá resarcir por los gastos causados, en mi caso servicio de taxi.

The driver arrived in decent time to the airport, however got lost while driving around Rome and it took quite a while to get to our hotel. On pickup, we didnt get collected from outside our hotel, we had to walk 200-300m down the road to a petrol garage for pick up, which I found a bit odd. This driver didn't get lost and got us to the airport in good time. He dropped us off no where near the departures terminal so was a bit of a walk! Decent enough of a company, would probably book again.

Son unos impresentables!!Teníamos el vuelo de vuelta a las 16:15. Te dicen que debes llamar 24h antes para confirmar hora de recogida. Nos dicen que nos recogen de 14:50 - 15:30, teniendo en cuenta que el viaje al aeropuerto son 30 min mínimo, perdíamos el vuelo. Se lo decimos, se niegan a cambiarnos nada, volvemos a llamar, y nos dicen que es que tienen mal el número de vuelo. Nos ofrecen entonces como única solución recogida de 9:30 - 10:00. Nos ARRUINAN los planes de la mañana, para regalarnos una maravillosa estancia de más de 5 horas en el aeropuerto.Agencias de viajes, absténganse de contratar servicios con esta empresa!!! Compensación? Ninguna. Soluciones?? Ninguna. Malisima forma de terminar un viaje.

HAD TO SORT A TAXI OURSELVES AFTER IT WAS CLEAR THEY WERE NOT TURNING UP. EXTRA COST OF 50 EUROS. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. THEY DONT CARE THAT YOU HAVE A FLIGHT TO CATCH OR IF YOU MISS IT.......GAVE 1 STAR AS THIS IS THE LOWEST YOU CAN PUT TO POST A MESSAGE....SHOULD BE 0 STARS....BOOKED VIA LASTMINUTE.COM WHO SHOULD DROP THIS COMPANY IMMEDIATELY.

They're totally not professional.We booked and paid prior for our transfer to the airport in Rome.But they didn't show up.We had to take contact ourselves. First there was a lot of traffic and later there was a car breakdown.They didn't want to sent another taxi so we had to arrange the tranfer to the airport ourselves.Don't book with this guys - they 're awfully expensive too!

Nous avons attendu 1 heure aller mais cela encore ce n'est pas grave. Par contre au retour nous avons aussi attendu presque 1 heure avec un autre couplé qui était au même hôtel que nous et lorsque le taxi est arrivé, il n'y avait que 2 places restantes. Nous sommes retrouvé à 11 personnes dans un véhicule de 9 places pour faire le trajet de 1 heure vers l'aéroport.

Gebucht war ein Individualtransport. Der Fahrer war zur Abholung nicht am Terminal. Nach Anruf bei der Agentur hat man uns unfreundlich erklärt wir seien am falschen Terminal (??? jenes der Ankunft). Nach dem Terminalwechsel mit dem Gepäck im Schlepptau hat sich herausgestellt, dass ein weiteres Ehepaar mit uns den Transport teilt - von wegen Individualtransport. Der Fahrer ist irrtümlich am Hotel vorbeigefahren und hat uns ca. 300 m nach dem Hotel aussteigen lassen und gefordert dass wir zu Fuß zum Hotel gehen. Gleich danach hat es stark zu regnen begonnen. Wir haben durchnässt das Hotel erreicht.Die gebuchte Rückfahrt war besser. Wir mussten nur um unser Leben bangen. Der Fahrer ist mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit auf der dritten Autobahnspur gefahren, hat Fahrzeuge die im Weg waren dazu genötigt auf die rechte Fahrbahn zu fahren und hat dabei gleichzeitig YouTube Videos auf seinem Handy gesucht die er während der Fahrt angesehen hat.Unglaublich das es so etwas gibt - FINGER WEG VON DIESER AGENTUR!!!!!!!!!!!

Got stuck in Rome's loathesome passport control for 1.5 hours because they can't be bothered to post more officials for the long non-euro line (seriously two dudes for 300 or more people). I've been to less developed countries and waited shorter times. This horrible company decided that it was my fault for some reason and ditched us. Horrible welcome to Italy and horrible service. It was very clear that taking a huge amount of time to get through passport control was something they should be flexible enough to expect, yet expected me to contact them while I had just arrived and was stuck in line? Just how was I supposed to do that? With my magical phone having come from the Middle East? Also refused any refund despite the fault being with their work. However, the return was on time and the driver was very professional, but he'd obviously been outsourced, so I'd recommend you straight to him. Be aware that TMTS are not flexible at all with scheduling despite their own country requiring it and the fact that their name implies it. Be also prepared for excessively long lines at passport control if you happen to book with any other company. Obviously a bad translation. Before I get accused of Brutta Figura, I'd think caveat emptor is more appropos.
