Veramente un'otttima sistemazione.Pulito, spazioso e con tutti i confort a disposizione, a due passi da piazza San Marco.Gestori gentili e super disponibili.

Wonderful stay so close to both venue between arsenale and giardini of biennale. We stayed on the third floor with garden view outside and canal.This unit apartment has everything, washer, dishwasher, kitchenette with full equipment for cooking, little refrigerator. There are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and coop right on main road near by.Access to our unit was so easy. When checking in, Sara was there to greet us, gave all information including keyless access code. Sara is very helpful. I was able to communicate with her via whatsapps before landing in Italy, while riding water taxi, she gave me at which stop to be dropped off to get to the apartment. They prepared booklet to have all helpful information wandering around Venice and also contact for booking water taxi to airport. When I have some trouble, i was able to approach her via whatsapps.Internet in the unit is high speed and also they have tv with Netflix and so on.

Spacious, clean, and new apartment. Well equipped. Excellent location. Excellent service by RiccardoHighly recommended.

Apartament cu 2 camere și living situat într-o zonă liniștită dar aproape de restaurante și magazine. Curat și frumos mobilat, utilat cu tot ce este nevoie.Felicitări gazdelor!

Un séjour formidable ! Magnifique appartement . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques . Proche de tout ! Derrière la rue Garibaldi avec beaucoup de restaurants et surtout une vue magnifique sur la lagune ! En bas de l’appartement vous avez une station de bus qui vous emmène partout ! Ne cherchez plus pour un séjour parfait c’est ici !

This was my girlfriend's ancestral home. Unfortunately we had to move due to work reasons. If you have presences, don't be frightened, they are benevolent, and we are sure they are happy because they have found kind masters

Soggiorno perfetto! L’appartamento e’ nuovissimo, pulitissimo, ben attrezzato ed arredato con raffinatezza ed eleganza.Situato in una zona sorprendendemente tranquilla e silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza a San Marco. Come se all’improvviso la folla turistica si diradasse. Vista sul parco che ci e’ piaciuta moltissimo.Nella zona locali, ristoranti etc.Check in puntuale ed accurato con consigli sulla citta’.Soggiorno caldamente raccomandato!

Wonderful place to stay in a non-touristy part of the city. Riccardo was very helpful and accommodating and the apartment was brilliant and immaculately clean. We were given Prosecco on check-in and a good overview of the city by Riccardo. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Venice.

Magnífico apartamento nuevo muy céntrico en un barrio muy veneciano. Su propietaria Sara muy amable nos atendió muy bien y nos aconsejó sobre lugares que visitar, restaurantes, etc. Volveremos y lo recomendamos.
