Lake Como Guided Tours

My family and I went on the Bernina Express day tour to St Moritz.This was a truly fantastic experience, with breathtaking scenery along the train journey there and the coach ride back.Giovanni was the perfect host for the day - very informative and not pushy, e.g. he gave us the option of a guided tour of St Moritz, or free time to ourselves and checked on ideas for stop-offs along the way.On the way, we took in a stop at a winery and a glacier viewing point. On the way back we stopped off at a waterfall.From enquiry to booking to the day itself, communication was excellent all the way.Thanks for a great day Giovanni!

We only had one day to take a tour in the Como region and we're so glad we were able to book Giovanni. He really made the trip special and we loved everywhere he took us!

Giovanni was a wonderful guide and was able to curate the perfect day for my husband and I. He tailored a great day around history, wine and food around the Lake Como and Sondro regions. He was incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING, and so fun to learn from and speak with. We have a new, even greater appreciation for Italy thanks to Giovanni!

Giovanni is a wonderful tour guide. There is a reason he is rated so highly. He took us on a day tour of Lake Como. We saw many sites that we would have missed on our own and also provided history and context unknown to us. The weather also turned to rain about lunch time as was forecasted. Giovanni kept us updated on options we had to adjust our tour to make the most of rainy weather. His knowledge of the area allows him to adjust the tour in the moment which is fantastic. I highly recommend Giovanni!

Giovanni took us on a very nice tour from Lake Como to St. Moritz on the Bernina Express. He knows the area very well and took very good care of us. My mother doesn't walk well and he adjusted it so she didn't have to do much walking. Everything went very well and I highly recommend taking a tour with him. We hope to get back!! What a delightful day! Giovanni is charming and a wealth of knowledge. He was highly recommended by our concierge. Last week he took us on a guided tour from Varenna, Lake Como to St. Moritz on the Bernina Express. The group size was COVID appropriate. We saw everything promised plus some additional gems. There was even some apple picking involved, but that will remain our group secret. We definitely got more out of this tour than if we were to try to see Switzerland on our own. The “Love at First Sight” tour turned out to be more than I could have imagined. Giovanni packed so much into a single day and we never felt rushed because he had access to good parking, knows the ferry schedule, good places to eat, and so much more. I loved the variety of activities that we did, such as getting dropped off at one spot along the Greenway path and then picked up after a short walk of amazing scenery. Giovanni brought along maps and videos to show us and had so many fascinating stories to share.I can’t say enough wonderful things about Giovanni’s services as a tour guide. Lake Como is a magical place and he helped us to experience it in all its glory. The combination of seeing amazing sights while Giovanni makes sure that we’re having a good time makes for priceless memories. His tours are the best use of your precious vacation time in the area.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommended!We spent 2 days with Giovanni around Lake Como: first we did a wonderful walk around Como city, he than drove us with his minivan to Bellagio, we did some breathtaking stops on the way!!!Unforgettable experience!!
