Ottima posizione per chi arriva in treno a Venezia. I proprietari persone gentilissime e molto disponibili nei confronti del cliente (ci hanno addirittura prestato le calosce).

Bellissima esperienza! La locanda è vicinissima alla stazione e molto accogliente. E ha pure un giardino!!! Si arriva a San Marco dalle zattere, bellissimo!

The owners of the hotel are very kind and talkative. The hotel itself is located in a side street. So all in all it is calm and close to the Autorimessa Communale. The double room is surprisingly big for three stars (and italian circumstances) and the only double room in the ground floor next to the breakfast area. :)))) At night we have to close the windows because the seagulls are very loud. Fortunately we have an easy-to-use-aircondition. Breakfast is sufficient. You can choose between coffee, tea or juice. We also have dark and white bread which you can toast yourself and also jam, honey or Nutella is available. In addition there is a really nice and lovely furnished backyard which you could also use for breakfast.Just one tiny negative point:My part of the bed was probably a little saggy and I was able to feel the slatted frame. I always had back pain every morning. But it was anyway bearable especially what you get to see in Venice in exchange.My personal recommendation:If you come by car and want to see more than the Rialto bridge and the St. Marcus square I really, really recommend to take a venice city pass. You should select a designated parking place at the Autorimessa communale and go for the unlimited access to the water busses in Venice. Piazzale Roma - which is also a water bus station - is only 4 minutes away from the hotel and you are definitely more flexibel and you pay only once.

Ein wirklich sehr guter und süßer Hotel es war sehr hygienisch sauber und die gegend der Hotel war auch schön und das hinter Garten war auch sehr chillig und entspannend nur die Dusche im oberen Stock ist für ein circa 1,80m großen Person zu eng und klein aber ansonsten hat es uns sehr gefallen.

Siamo stati una notte a Venezia, ci siamo trovati benissimo presso la struttura.. Gentilezza, pulizia e ospitalità sono di casa.. Dovendo tornare a Venezia, sicuramente torneremo da loro..
