Accueil irréprochable, logement bien au-delà de nos attentes, propreté largement au rdv et en prime un panier d'accueil de légumes du jardin. Calme, hors mis un chenil qui doit être à quelques mètres et nuisance sonore avec les aboiements. C'est le seul bémol.bien situé pour visiter les domaines de Toscane et plus particulièrement du Chianti. Merci aux propriétaires

Siamo stati qui per la seconda volta e proprio come l'ultima volta tutto andava bene. casa molto bella e spaziosa, ampio giardino e bella piscina con zona lounge. proprietari molto amichevoli.

We stayed at the Casa delle Viole for one week from 19 August 2018. We were a party of 5 adults and one child age 12, travelling from the UK to Tuscany via Pisa Airport.From the very first conversation with the owner, I knew I had chosen the right home to stay in. The communication was prompt, polite and incredibly helpful and it seemed that no question was too silly, or request for information too time consuming.We had great communication a couple of days prior to meeting, in order to arrange a time to get the keys and a tour. The family were waiting for us, with a translator too, to make sure we had everything we needed. And we were not disappointed.Ever care has been taken with Casa delle Viole to make sure the stay is as comfortable as possible. The bed linen clean and fresh, but also very good quality. The beds super comfortable, even the double sofa bed was a dream for our son to sleep in. The two kitchens were furnished with everything you could dream of needing to cook for a family and most importantly of all to the younger members of the group, the wi-fi is superb and throughout the whole property.The home was totally spotless. There was not a crumb in sight and this extended to the outside of the villa where the grass was mown, the sun beds positioned for first use and the pool crystal clear and not a dead fly in sight.Tiny details like citronella candles, a range of herbs and spices for cooking, an espresso machine. All made such a difference to our stay.We cannot leave a review without mentioning the incredibly generous welcome parcel of fresh fruit and vegetables that were left for us. We were positively encouraged to help ourselves to a top up from the garden and did so frequently. Essentials were waiting in the fridge too - a little milk, fresh water and juice. All so welcome after the hot drive from the airport.The owners live on site, but did not disturb us at all. When they cleaned the pool, they waited until we were out. We did go down to say hello on a number of occasions, communicating between us with Google translate on an iPad. Such a friendly, welcoming family, we enjoyed the opportunity to thank them for sharing their home and produce, and pick their brains about local restaurants and supermarkets. Both are about a 5 minute drive away, and very good.We had an amazing holiday at Casa delle Viole and are seriously thinking about going again next year. We totally recommend the villa and the hospitality of the family to match.
