We can't really call that place a bed & breakfast, I'd rather call it a magnificent Italian villa with a beautiful garden, and a nice brunch.Nicely located in beautiful Cannobio, I'll go again for sure.

perfect and we were truly impressed with the beautiful house and the wonderful garden. We were warmly welcomed by Angelo who took care of us in a very friendly and heartwarming way. Also, we couldn't have imagined a more beautiful place to have breakfast at...even the cakes and the yogurt wer homemade and the kids enjoyed playing in the yard. We only stayed for one night, but we will come back for sure! Thank you very much for everything!

un posto da favola per un weekend da favola!!! nulla è lasciato al caso!! camere pulitissime e super curate! i gestori ti fanno sentire come a casa , anzi meglio che a casa !!! straconsigliato!!

Beautiful location, nice tastefully simple rooms and relaxing garden with view to surrounding mountains. 5 minutes out of Cannobio by car, but there is also a shuttle and free bikes to borrow. We used them on a great bike path by the river and were on the lakefront within 15 minutes.

Rooms are quite big and bed confortable. Very calm place and the host is welcoming and takes time to explain you what to do around. He can book restaurants for you too.I recommend

Ospiti in questa magnifica Villa del Novecento perfettamente ristrutturata circondata da un magnifico giardino curato nei minimi particolari personale eccellente, ottima colazione internazionale, Consigliatissimo.
