Locale ampio e gradevole ma votato alla grande produzione, con spazi ridotti per favorire il maggior numero di coperti, climatizzazione e/o riscaldamento malgestiti, servizio efficiente se si riesce ad avere attenzione dai bravi ragazzi che presumibilmente sono pochi rispetto alla mole lavorativa, pizza dozzinale e gommosa, supplì tristissimo e quasi offensivo della tradizione romana, altre pietanze votate alla ristorazione veloce senza tante attenzioni. Porzioni non esigue. Prezzo adeguato alla zona ma non certo alla qualità del cibo. Per turisti o persone poco esigenti.

Tappa fissa da 15 anni. Prodotti ottimi, servizio veloce e zona strategica. Non lontana dal centro e facile trovare parcheggio.

Come di consuetudine anche ieri sera abbiamo cenato con i nostri amici in questo ristorante. Cibo(carne o pesce ) ottimo e pizza super!!!! Sempre accolti con molta cordialità dal proprietario che con alta professionalità dirige tutto il personale. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Asanka e Dilip per la loro gentilezza e capacità di soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

A nice restaurant, quite used to English-speaking visitors. The menu is in both Italian and English.It's not too adventurous in terms of local restaurants, but a good safe choice for one of your meals in Rome. It's also open long hours, and you can go there early for dinner.There's no cover charge if you order a meal. Decent wines. Some really good beer--try the Amberata!The service can be slow, especially when (as is often the case) there's a tour group there. Still, good food at a decent price. And, if you totally wimp out, they do list hamburger" but seriously don't order American food in Rome even if you are homesick. Wait till you're home and try something local."

Waiters can not speak English and they do not know how to serve a table at all (throwing the forks etc.) Also we learnt that an important ingredient in our dish was out of stock once the dish has arrived. Pizza was awful as well. If you are in Rome please find somewhere else.

San Marco is a charming restaurant with a wide selection of food. We had lasagna for openers and then a Scallopini style Sage Pork slice with a slice of prosciutto on top.The desert (I am not a desert person, so I can't remember the name). I had a little taste of my wife's, and it was light and fabulous.

Arancini w mozzarella & spinach was hard, like the risotto was undercooked and over fried.Pizza was fine, the egg was very hard boiled which was interesting…not sure if that’s a Roman style thing. Crust was like a thin cracker as soon as it started cooling…Pasta w pesto, mushrooms, and tomatoes was pretty below average. I couldn’t taste the pesto, super under salted, confused by the lack of flavor?It was right by our hotel and was the first meal my dad had in Europe in his life. It could have been worse but I was frustrated by that fact….And the prices are much higher than usual, might be the location and the fact that it seemed like a big business lunch spot for the embassies/finance folks around there.Won’t be recommending or returning.Also, cashier lady….so so rude.

Best pizza I ever had. I wanted to try something new and outside my comfort zone. It's also cool to see how they make the pizza. We all had pizza. Only down part is that they don't have a kid menu so the pizza was really big for my 4 year old.They made de pizza for my kid first Wich was really appreciated.I would recommend it if you are in the neighborhood.

Sono un cliente abituale del San Marco, frequento quasi tutte le sere a cena il locale, preferito anche dalla persona a cui voglio bene, apprezzo la qualità delle pietanze, la cordialità di Fabrizio Durante e la massima disponibilità di Daniele Berardi, un manager di grandi capacita che è il motore del Ristorante e l'artefice del successo.Purtroppo però devo rimarcare come negli ultimi tempi una dipendente abbia esorbitato dal proprio ruolo con atteggiamenti rozzi e scorbutici che la proprietà farebbe bene a far rientrare rapidamente nel rispetto delle funzionicaratteristiche di ogni azienda perché la confusione dei comportamenti pregiudical'immagine complessiva del locale e potrebbe nuocere alla sua reputazioneancora molto elevata.
