We travel to Bellagio almost every year and always book Cristian´s Taxi service. Since the first time Cristian was expecting us at Malpensa's Terminal and drove us safely to Bellagio. He is super professional and reliable, and in his Mercedes you can relax and enjoy the view while he answers every question you can have aboaut Bellagio and its surroundings. He has taken us to Domodossola 2 or 3 times and we have enjoyed every trip with him. He is the best en Bellagio, highly reccomended!

Friendly and helpful

Cristian Niccoli runs the most professional car service we have ever had the pleasure of using. We have used his services since 2007 (13 years). His company, Bellagio Taxi Service, has served us both locally (Milan airport transfers and around Lake Como) but also wide ranging for excursions and transfers. For example, he has driven us from Bellagio to Venice; to Lugano, Switzerland; to the Ligurian coast. He is always accommodating and prepared, well versed in the route he is traveling, and extremely familiar with the areas we have requested he travel. He is a wonderful guide to touristic and historic sites, both well known and off the beaten path, has always been a wonderful resource for navigating customs and where to eat, where to get a coffee and supplies. Our rides with him are always pleasant, with water, umbrellas, maps and any amenities we might need in his car. He goes far beyond the role of a driver and chauffeur. He is a warm, kind, and charitable man and his business is reflective of those qualities. In a large pool of drivers based in northern Italy, he is by far the best.

Very rude when asking for his service. Not recommended at all.

Pathetic experience, I missed my last farry of the day at7 pm thinking I will take taxi to go back to Como or Milan. But didnt find any taxi in whole Bellagio; tried to call different numbers given on net but either some numbers were not responding or person on otherside is not ready to offer cab service. Went to different hotels; thinking they will help me to get some taxi but all in vein. Luckily there is a bus service at 10 pm for Como; we took that; reached Como central late night and from there ask a hotel to get us a taxi for Milan.

I am a travel planner for Italy and I have been using Cristian for my client’s transfers for the Milan - Lake Como area for the past 10 years. I have also used him myself when visiting the area on my scouting trips. He is professional, yet very personable, punctual, speaks perfect English and communicates in a very timely fashion. His car is luxurious and spotless. Do not hesitate to use him, he’s wonderful and you will be in good hands. All of my clients speak very highly of him.
