Explico1- La ubicación en Google maps es errónea, así que fíjate en la que da Booking.2- No es ni Hostel, Ni Hotel, es un b&b cómo mucho pero realmente solo es un piso en el cual las habitaciones las ha dividido para compartir.3- Los baños son compartidos porque son los 2 baños de la casa.4- el aire acondicionado es un pingüino, es decir, portátil y es muy ruidoso.5- Las habitaciones están alrededor del salón, así que si quieres descansar no es el mejor sitio para quedarte puesto que el ruido del salón te va a despertar, tenga en cuenta que no todos los huéspedes son buenos.6- Si la casa se reformase, tendría un potencial enorme puesto que la ubicación es ideal pero seguramente no costaría barato.7- Cómo conclusión, lugar ideal para mochileros.

We weren't expecting much considered what are other places offering for that price. But the room is really nice and comfy, in great location and quiet. The bathrooms are shared but we didn't have to really share it with anyone. And after all the host Andreas was really polite and helpful.. PS.: don't be afraid to use the google maps finding the location just make sure choose the right place

Comare molto ospitali, proprietari disponibili e ambiente pulito e curato. Per qianto riguarda la colazione, soddisfacente ma si può migliorare ancora.

Decent rooms and big shared kitchen. Two bathrooms, two toilets.Like everything in Venice Da Marinella is hard to find. After you follow Google Maps you will end up at the main square of Santa Marina. Walk towards the red point on the map. Got to pass the coffee shop, walk towards the bar, turn right and you will find it right in the middle of the street on the left. The owner came out to meet us so big shout out to him.The only downfall of the accommodation are the windows. Not sound proofed so you will hear the bar downstairs till 11pm and in the morning every foot step on the street. Ear plugs recommended if you like peace and quiet.

There weren't a lot of occupants while we stayed there, so there wasn't any problems with the shared bathroom which as next to our room. Toiletries, towels and hair dryer was provided. Wi-Fi was very fast, maybe again because not many occupants. It was alright finding it since in my mind I already knew it was an apartment airbnb style. The host was also very thorough when explaining everything around the house. He also has a system which makes it very convenient for us to leave our luggage and explore until it's time for our train. Check out was at 10, but since we could leave our luggage at the accommodation, it was fine. Only problem for me is that the room was close to a restaurant, so it could get quite noisy.

In pieno centro di Venezia. Staff cortese, pulizia decente. Unico neo, le lenzuola erano strappate.

My experience here: the price is perfect for the location and what you get. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. I would also recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I love it so far.You need to know a few thing when you book: google maps as of 2019 is not correct. Find the address and drop a pin to come and go as you please.You need to be able to call to unlock the door. The owner says you can do this by What’s App. I was not able to do so. Have a back up plan.This is not a hotel in the traditional sense. We had a private room and bathroom. But, you will share a common area. We had the best time with our Chinese neighbors and it was fine.Bring earplugs. The windows accommodate the air condition unit and street noise does carry.Walk time from S. Lucia Station is 30min or so. It’s a great walk though so enjoy!
